I am fascinated with Sheriff Pusser’s story. I believe the recent exhumation of Mrs Pusser’s remains to investigate the actual shot that killed her will show Sheriff Pusser accidentally killed her while defending his wife and himself from the ambushers. This probably explains why there was no autopsy performed on her body. I think Sheriff Pusser deserves respect and admiration for his work on behalf of the law abiding people of his jurisdiction. RIP to him, his wife, their daughter and to the senior Pussers. Thanks for this video.
