Regarding St. Faustina being first among the virgins, this doesn’t mean she is higher than the Virgin Mary. In Matthew 11:11 Jesus says, “Truly I tell you, among those born of women there has not risen anyone greater than John the Baptist; yet whoever is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.” Does this verse mean that St. John is greater than St. Joseph and the Virgin Mary, both of whom were born of women? The diary of St. Faustina is amazing.

I'll trust the Ecumenical Council of Constantinople III Session 1: "For this is the rule of the true faith, which this spiritual mother of your most tranquil empire, the Apostolic Church of Christ, has both in prosperity and in adversity always held and defended with energy; which, it will be proved, by the grace of Almighty God, has never erred from the path of the apostolic tradition, nor has she been depraved by yielding to heretical innovations, but from the beginning she has received the Christian faith from her founders, the princes of the Apostles of Christ, and remains undefiled unto the end, according to the divine promise of the Lord and Saviour himself, which he uttered in the holy Gospels to the prince of his disciples: saying, Peter, Peter, behold, Satan has desired to have you, that he might sift you as wheat; but I have prayed for you, that (your) faith fail not. And when you are converted, strengthen your brethren. Let your tranquil Clemency therefore consider, since it is the Lord and Saviour of all, whose faith it is, that promised that Peter's faith should not fail and exhorted him to strengthen his brethren, how it is known to all that the Apostolic pontiffs, the predecessors of my littleness, have always confidently done this very thing: of whom also our littleness, since I have received this ministry by divine designation, wishes to be the follower, although unequal to them and the least of all. For woe is me, if I neglect to preach the truth of my Lord, which they have sincerely preached." The Apostolic See remains undefiled unto the end Amen,

The operative language here is “has never erred” then “from the apostolic tradition…nor yield[ed] to heretical innovations” It is should be clear to Roman Catholics and Eastern Orthodox that Vatican II (one massive deviation and innovation) and the sacraments as undone and reinvented taking from Protestant [heretical] and other traditions, and the suppression of the liturgy, are both just that, deviations and heresies. Read Nostra Aetatae and Lumen Gentium for example and square that with ex ecclesia nulla salvus. I am not arguing against papal primacy, merely saying that the institutional Roman Church has both deviated and strayed from the apostolic tradition at this point.

Actually, I'm worried about that, because I can't seem to find a translation of the V3tus Lateena Vuuuulg8. Supposing that that made any difference, we're only arguing about schisms that already happened, which make it harder to gain traction. You rebuttal is incredibly false and laughable. The Trinity was officially considered Cannon in 325 CE, almost 300 years after Jesus would have died. First Council of Nicea 325 CE First Council of Constantinople 381 CE Second Council of Nicea 787 CE Citing opinions from church fathers negotiating the text doesn't strengthen your case, because these people were not alive when the Gospels were written. In order to refute the claim of Binitarianism, you need to provide contemporary evidence during the lifetime of Jesus.

@@justincapable actually they were alive during the time the gospels were written. In fact, most of the authors, I quoted were alive during the time of the last apostle John. The reason you’re argument is wrong is because you believe in scripture alone. It’s true that “Brother” Josh accepts the Deuterocanonical books. Why does he rely on church tradition for one thing but then deny it on the other. “The gates of hell will not prevail against the church“ apparently they have for you because your heresy has been condemned throughout all of history by both East and West. Also your view of the council of Nicea is off, the Trinity wasn’t the major thing discussed there, it was the heresy of Arianism. Remember the bishops at the council were willing to die for their faith the day before, if Constantine truly created the doctrine of the Trinity the Saints and bishops would not compromise. While he was probably alive when the Gospels were written, but there is no evidence to suggest he directly interacted with the authors of the Gospels. He was a discipline of John, but there is no reliable evidence to connect Ignatius directly with any of the apostles. Anything written by Ignatius is his opinion.
