This is called the early bird gets the worm strategy 😅. Majority of brokers don’t start premarket trading until 7:00am. That gives you a 3hr head start. Personally I look for volume and percentage gaps with some type of news headwind that justifies price action, set my stop loss equivalent to what the percentage gain was and wait for 7am traders to filter in. I’ve captured 20-100% gains like this. Just don’t get greedy and use proper risk management and you’ll see what happens

12:48 I see how there were big sellers especially at 3 dollars, but inevitably it pushed up anyways. Had it resist would you say, it was due to that large sell order? That seems like guessing. I couldn't see how order flow help. Now had it pushed up after seeing an order for 3m buy at 3 that would be interesting, but that doesn't exactly mean it would continue up right? Not seeing how order flows edge in making trading decisions.

most ppl doesnt undertand this data is almost worthless. overall because the way he explained is no how it works , read an order flow book , u will see that most of those large order shown on level 2 never got hit , its a trap for rookies

Thought I'd spend some time this weekend to learn a little about how to read the tape. You did well explaining it but I was lost. I would have said its going down at $2.50 and for sure at $3.00. There were no bids at $3.00 and then share price just jumped up. Where did all of the buys come from? People hitting the ask? I've tried learning this a few times and I don't think I'll ever get it. It all moves so fast and trying to watch everything and buy or sell at the same time is something I just cannot do.

Came across your video, great content and vid...however one question I can't seem to get answered on level 2 is on the time and sales part...if you look at certain sales or buys they are highlighted almost and sometimes look grouped together as they were like 1 sale or buy vs other sales or buys don't have this highlighted look to them. This is only in the time and sales box on level 2 webull. New trader and trying to learn. Ty again for the great video.

Don’t feel too bad… I made 3 bad trades in a row today, for an almost $200 loss… Sucked but it was a wake-up call to put more work into identifying my Supply/Demand zones every morning, rather than relying on more “major” zones that are only relevant on higher time frames, when trading SPY contracts.

you would make a killing trading options if ur good at penny stocks. you dont have to Waite for a big mover and can play both sides. once you get in options you will never go back

Nice trade!... You're right, can't get hung up on the "what if's." From my experience those low floats don't usually stop after a pull back like that and gear up for a push higher like that one did. Usually get up there, struggle at resistance and then flush way out or go higher.
