Is it possible to have a brace or something to keep the vibration low in a wrist? It looks promising, but I have chronic tendinitis in my wrist from a severe torque injury. Vibration causes it to flare badly.

Hello Dan! Great video. Not sure if you are still active here, but is the G10 that you have in this video the current one on the Hypervibe site? They are now calling it the G10 Mini V2 at 25.8 " wide, is this the same size you are using? Thank you so much in advance since I don't want to get something that is too silly small. 🤣 I am doing research on personal vibration plates that are quality and came upon your video. Also, do you still like this piece of equipment 4 years later? Thanks!

I have gone to so many chiropractors over the last 30 years in Fresno Ca never once has one ever spent more than 8 minutes it’s the same old crack neck mid and low back and see you next time. No matter what my complaint is. I see so many chiropractors on KZbin who do so much more why can’t I find one that cares?

I did loads of these a few months back with 28 kg kettle bells. Two weeks ago I tried again and tore something in my lower back. 4 days of pain. Then I went back gym and run and row and stair tread. All good. 4 days later a 2 hour session and then lift air compressor in my van. hour later couldn't walk. Back come back to get me. So watch out with these kettle bells. Easy bugger yourself up.

my husband had 2 strokes about 1 year ago, which affected his speech, but not mobility. I saw somewhere it was not safe for stroke patients. I assume it is because of balance but that is not an issue for him. In general, not specific to him what do you know about this?

My elbow is so sore, I can barely lift things…this adjustment gave me some hope. I’ve played guitar for years and I know that started it. But a few months ago I could barely pick up my gbaby and Im a new grandma this can’t be how its going to be! I hope my chiropractor knows how to do this cuz I need this… Love how much massage and stretching you do. Praying my elbow eventually adjusts🙏🏻

maybe you should spend a few minutes about picking out the correct weight for beginners…
@morrisboris68775 ай бұрын
It's pretty much a given that you start with a bell that you can lift. If it's too light, you can feel it in the swing, so try the next weight up. Going too heavy will result in injuries. Once you get proficient at the exercise, or if you start feeling that it's too light, you can move up.
