I have just found you. A little late to the party,but hey ho i am here. I have been dabbling in different types of yoga,not particularly successfully i hasten to add. Beginners flow videos mostly the same,not sure if some instructors realise what some Beginners may need. Finally David has given me the motivation to try again. I've come back to this class again and again for years! I love it so much and the voiceover is so perfect even after all this time. My hips and low back are so much more mobile and painless. I'm diagnosed with mild lumbar spondylosis. The doctor suggests I can try hip injection to release the pain but I'm hesitated to do so. Found this video and have practiced consecutively four days so far. I'll continue every day and hopefully get some improvements.

Wow, such an amazing class! I have been having issues with my upper back and last couple of weeks it has gotten worst for some reason, so I have been doing yin and stretching from YT. Well, this has been the best stretching I have tried until now. Namaste 🙏🌻

Just what I needed! Forced me to slow down and really hold the postures, which in turn instantly made my hip and lower back feel better. Will keep this up because the other physical activities I do, plus sitting at a desk, really mess with back and hips.

I had frozen shoulder years ago. I got pretty good rotation after stretching it all the time but never got full rotation. And always had some discomfort. Now it's really feeling better, and I swear I have full rotation. Such an awesome stretch! Thank you

I have been using your video steadily on-line since after cancer surgery in 2009, after back surgery and hip surgery three years ago and in-between and still use it in addition to walking and CORE floor stuff.
