最好用电子秤,每个鸡蛋大小不一样,配方里用到好几个鸡蛋,按个数的话,可能会差的比较多。

Hi, I tried making this recipe. I made the mango gelee insert and it went okay, but something went wrong with my mousse. I looked up a different recipe for it. Also I used lemon cookies and freshly shredded coconut in my base, so that gave it some very interesting flavours. Question: Can you share gram measurements for the mango/ mango puree being used? Mangos can be of so many different sizes.

You make a very nice video. The music is very soothing. However, the steps of making the sponge cake are a little unusual. Almost 99% of the cake tutorial beated the egg whites & the egg yolks separately. Especially, after beatened the egg yolks with sugar, oil, milk & flour, then mixed some egg whites into the yolk mixture, then pour the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Using a folding method to mix well to avoid deflating the whipped egg whites. Maybe your liquid protion was a lot more than the flour, it looked soft but it didn't look fluffy. Overall, it looked very nice though.
