*Egg 3 pieces
*Milk 60g
*Cake Flour 350g
*Honey 30g
*Sugar 120g
*Blueberry 100g
*Baking Powder 10g
Crumble：
*Butter 30g
*Almond Powder 15g
*Cake Flour 20g
*Sugar 25g

Bake at 190°C for 25-30 Minutes

Tips:
1.Don’t use cold egg or milk just out of the fridge .
2.Muffins fresh out of the fridge are even better when reheated in the microwave for 30 seconds!

Can I ask what is the diameter on the muffin trays? I have one but I think it will yield smaller muffins.

I used a 7cm diameter muffin liner. I suggest you to make it smaller, just one ice cream scoop of batter per muffin. As a woman with a normal meal size, I really can't finish 1 muffin like this.😅
