I get you on so many of these points. Sleep paralysis is one of the most scary things. In mine there’s just a black figure coming into my room and stands at the end of my bed. I can’t get up or even scream. My entire body is locked. I really hope you feel better, thanks for being so honest, I wouldn’t wish sleep paralysis on my worst enemy but it does make you feel less weird when other people can relate. Keep going and growing beautiful girl, I think you have changed up your vlog style but I’m absolutely here for it! Love it!!❤️
