pcos girly here. i feel your pain so bad, obviously don't know everything you're going through as we all have different symptoms but i was told to go on the pill to help it, not knowing the underlying affects it would cause, and then ended up getting a ectropian cervix and ended up getting shouted at by my doctor for going on the pill that they prescribed :/// honestly the struggle is so unbelievably bad and i really hope one day they take is seriously because its so much worse than people think. sending you so much love 💓

I’m an endo girly, I’m on the evra patch, and it does help a little! I’ve also been taking bee pollen supplements, they’re good for hormones. Completely get what you mean with feeling like you can’t do anything, I feel like no matter what I try it’s never enough

Ah hun I just got the part you’re speaking about professional whitening and bonding. I’ve had dentist whitening trays and bonding. You only sleep in the trays over night if you have severe yellow stained teeth that’s for like bad bad cases. I only wore my trays for like and hour/ 1.5 hours and did that every day for maybe a month with all the gels. I had no burning and no sensitivity. My dentist and the pack said over night is for extreme cases. Sorry you had this experience but don’t be too put off trying again as I didn’t get any sensitivity. I get more sensitivity honestly from whitening strips than I did the proper stuff from the dentist xxx

Aww love your vlogs so much! Just to warn you retractable leads can be very dangerous especially near roads...hate to be that person but please look into this! I use a halti lead now ! Ive had a big bully breed and now i have a slightly smaller dog and wont use anything else now! The animal welfare charity i had my first dog from told us the dangers of retractable leads and their not recommended! Anyway love you floss!!! ❤❤❤😊
