I don't know why but I feel like Hera creating the team of Seven. She babysat Leo Valdez, she kidnapped Jason Grace and brought him to Camp Jupiter, she gave Frank Zhang a block of wood that had his lifespan, she brought Percy Jackson to Roman camp, she tortured Annabeth Chase like having her be chased by cows with defecation. And I think she has done similar things to both Piper McLean and Hazel Levesque.

I just finished The Sun and the Star yesterday, gotta say I rate it 4/5 stars The whole Will not liking the Underworld because it’s gloomy and death, is actually a very good thing about this book. Will learning to accept that the Underworld isn’t bad just because of Death. Will not being able to perform normally without sunlight makes sense, since he’s father is Apollo. I loved the poetic part about Nico leaving behind his trauma and accepting it so he can grow. I loved this book, but I can see why you don’t like it as much ❤

I love Jason and hot take (hate piper) i feel like the issues of Jiper are all pinned on Jason when first of all its all heras fault but he still seems to be blamed, when honesty out of the two piper forced it more, also you cannot compare Jason to other characters such as Percy and nico who are ultimately the strongest in the series so as much as i like Jason percy and nico are just more, also if you like the roman side of all of this Ive been rereading this awesome fanfic by combattombat well its more like 3 fics in a series with more to come but anyway its called “Impreator” it is legit a 10/10 read

I've always thought that Piper's character is so, so interesting on paper. Like, she's a daughter of Aphrodite (we haven't seen that many Aphrodite girls except Silena, and she wasn't really a main character), she's half Native American (there's very, very, very few mainstream book characters set in the present day that are Native American), and her dad is a movie star (such a funny and unique concept). But the problem is, Uncle Rick tries so hard to deliberately make her unique, that he turns her into a run of the mill YA heroine. Instead of allowing a character to be both feminine and a good fighter (without strings attached like Silena being a traitor), he makes her inherently despise any of the traditionally Aphrodite things, like makeup, doing hair, fashion, etc. It's so sad that her character got so watered down, she could have been so great.
