Hello sir..as i can see that you haven't used any BMS for the batteries because these batteries can be charged with only balance charging kit..but what if we don't have one to charge..so can we use BMS..? What types of BMS is good..?

Great video. subscribed! Now I have a question. Could you do this in almost zero visibility? That would be something to test how good the autonomous system is.

What model is that orange and blue high wing? It looks amazing with the spring loaded gear struts, tail ski, and I love the alternating flashing landing lights!

some late information CF is HEAVIER than wood.! pine/fir or spruce or clear-grained poplar should be used wherever it's practical to do so.! including, at wing leading edges.! it is less-than smart to make the tail heavier, by using CF there.! at this scale, the use of a cylindrical main spar nearly bisects the ribs.! which is the opposite of smart.! instead, a main spar should be formed, using upper and lower (poplar/spruce) spars and webbing between them; across the central one-half of the wingspan. then, eliminate most/all the partial ribs. the use of an over-tall vert-stab results in two things: there is a bit more mass at the tail, and, the vert-stab will make relatively more drag.! is there a compelling reason to use a less-efficient polyhedral wing.? 103 there is little reason to use a semi-symmetrical profile in the design of a low reynolds number (re#) wing. 117 it is not clear whether the main spar is correctly located at thirty percent of chord. 505 you should be holding on to the LINE, not to the model. the CF tail boom is Heavy, and it's (aft-located) mass contributes to tail-heaviness in the model's dom.

Note that I am not the designer of this plane, I just built it as a kit. Maybe you are right about the carbon fiber. But it also depends on the dimensions and type of carbon. For example, the tail boom and wing spars are woven, not extruded. I do also like upper/lower wing spars in wood better, That is how I built my E-glider 2024 for example, with is my own design: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iHLHlmiEZ8qCn5I The polyhedral wing is very important when you only steer using rudder, and don't have any ailerons. That is the whole point of the RES-class. The site V2 may not be perfect, but I still think this is a good kit because It was easy and fun to build, and also flies great!

They tend to be lighter, and to me, they are still easier to repair well. But I am becoming increasingly aware of a small downside: they are louder. The airframe seems to act like a soundbox to amplify motor noise. So I use foam models when I don't want to draw too much attention.
@AxelsDIY
@AxelsDIY 7 ай бұрын
Maybe, but it also depends a lot on what motor and ESCs you use, and if the propeller is balanced. If there is not much sound to start with, there is not much that gets amplified.

Are you using Tadiomaster ER8GV receiver with GPS plugged into the Rx USRT?
@AxelsDIY
@AxelsDIY 7 ай бұрын
No, I have a Mateksys ELRS-R24-V receiver in this one. And yes, a very basic BN220 GPS is plugged into it. The ER8GV would probably be a great more modern choice, but it was not available when I got my receiver over a year ago.
@RizHassan
@RizHassan 7 ай бұрын
@@AxelsDIY I had asked RadioMaster if a GPS can be used on the UART provided on the Rx? Here is their response: “ ER8GV cannot be inserted into an existing GPS. If a GPS sensor with CRSF protocol is developed in the future, it can be used. Now if you want to have a GPS Telemetry project, you need a Telemetry Flight Control that supports CRSF protocol to do this work. , such as Betaflight.”
@AxelsDIY
@AxelsDIY 7 ай бұрын
@@RizHassan Okay, that was more than I knew, I expected them to just take standard NMEA-messages from a standard GPS. In that case, you could look into using Mateksys receivers instead. Using one of there CRSF to PWM converters with a small serial receiver would also work. There are solutions other to get GPS telemetry without a flight controller, but maybe not from Radomaster.
@RizHassan

@@AxelsDIY I have free flight related question or anyone on your channel. I am sure you are familiar with E20 timer that can be used for shutting down motor and to initiate de-thermalization sequentially based on time setup. In the old days we use to have a mechanical timers for glow motors. So the question is, can we use EdgeTx timer to initiate a PWM signal to shutoff the motor and initiate de-thermalization to a servo? The idea is to have a RC glider (like my Benny BoxCar) to be used both as RC model and a free flight competition model without any changes to the hardware. I hope my question make sense :)
