I know a fellow at the gym who does the colon cleanse twice a week and swears by it. He started to explain it to me in detail like I wanted to know. If you are a contortionist, incredibly flexible and somewhat into self pain, it may work. I escaped the conversation and haven't talked to him since.

Watched his videos many times. I still laugh at jokes I have heard him tell over and over. There was a "goodness" about him that added to his comedy. A trait rarely seen in stand-up.
