Sounds like you have the sniffles. I hope you are better by the time this came out today. The soup looks good. I just tried a version the other day that uses cream cheese in it. It was so good. Can't wait to try this version. My family hasn't met a potato soup they don't like yet.

Hi Rebecca, I first want to say thank you for these videos. As someone who is not very capable in the kitchen but wants to be, these videos are quite helpful. I have two questions. What size stock pot do you use for the two chickens and is there a brand of stainless steel pots that you prefer? Thank you again, Kelly
@thebeautifullife444Сағат бұрын
I believe it a 8 quart stock pot. I had a 3 gallon stock pot I would have used but it was ruined last summer when we accidentally left broth going to long! Here is an amazon (affiliate link) for the several of the stock pots I have that I really like: amzn.to/4aOMKqW

Great recipe! Just a tip for mashed potatoes: if you cut the potatoes in half, boil them unpeeled and then run them through a ricer cut side down, you won't have to spend time peeling them. 😃You're welcome!
