I’ve been searching for kidney friendly foods. And safe herbal teas. My food taste awful because I don’t know what to season my food with to make it tasty. This is a great video. I do eat apples & blueberries but need more calories to gain weight.

Yes! Be sure to thoroughly rinse it under running water before blending! But blended ginger can be pretty strong on its own, so you can eat it with other foods!
