Wow, you two are wonderful to express your authentic love for dance, health, and life! Your videos are a fabulous way to motivate others. The instruction (cueing) is spot on! What an inspiration to us lucky ones who virtually join you. Keep this coming; dance with exercise, choreographed to uplifting music that is just pure fun!!! I've been dancing since I could move! For 10 years, I've shared this (via fitness classes) with mature adults 65 and better. It's a gift to see their youth re-emerge when they hit that place where they feel confident to move without fear again:):) God's blessings to both of you:)

Welcome to step!! To slow videos down: on a desktop/laptop - if you hover over the bottom right of the screen with your mouse, you'll see a tool icon. Just click on that and it gives you options for playback speeds. I do this all the time when I watch really fast step videos. It makes it much easier to learn. The audio sound funny. But you get used to it. :) Have fun!!!

Thank you so much!!! I'm trying to upload more this month. I promised some step lovers that I'd do a step aerobics video next, but will make another walking video after that. I still have footage on my phone that I shot back in August before my hernia surgery. This Walk & Box was shot in August too. That's why the trees are green. It was -4 degrees farenheit here in New York this morning. I'm hoping it warms up soon so we can shoot more videos outside. Have an awesome day!!
