Hi Amy. Just a quick comment. I’ve realised that the only interaction you have with your YT followers is to ask us to subscribe and give a thumbs up. What about suggesting we war up/ cool down or indicating what makes good form?? That’s what good instructors do in person or on other YT platforms . It doesn’t matter to me so much as I’ve been exercising for years but to newbies……?

My absolute favourite of your workouts 🩷 the integrated warmup and the buildup of difficulty is everything i look for in a workout 🙏 thank you Amy. And the music is absolutely 🔥 so rhythmic, motivating, yet relaxing the monkey mind. More more more of those please

Really really needed this workout today Amy! It's been a while since I've had the energy to move properly, but this one today felt perfect. If it is possible and ONLY if you are able to, could I request pelvic floor exercise video pleeeease. Something you can talk us through, even if it's just few mins long video so it's something we can activate/cool down with at the end. Thank you for these fantastic workouts, you're a lifesaver xxx
