Agr aap without accessories dolwyn purchase krte ho stunt bicycle toh aapko 15300 tk hi aajeyagi. Jisme 760mm stunt handle bhi aayega aur stem bhi short rhega 50mm ka pehle se hi.

I live in a remote place so I ordered a 7 speed cycle from Flipkart. As I don't have knowledge regarding gears so 21 gears was complex to me. So I bought 7 speed. I bought a cpeap cycle Cardiac Xplorer 29 T 7 speed at Rs 8000. Is this a good buy sir?

@@Ambulrai Brands like Cradiac and Urban Terrain or Leader etc cannot be trusted. As they sell products to customers online. Their offline presence is zero. People with hardly any knowledge about bicycles or the Gen Z is mostly getting cheated or misused by these brands. With only the photos available to the customers before purchase & some fake genuine reviews they think they product is good. But in reality Gen Z is more likely to buy a very low quality product with fake Shimano components.

First and foremost, the level of support provided by your customer care team has been exceptionally poor. The representatives I spoke with were not only unhelpful but also exhibited a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism. Their responses were either delayed or entirely irrelevant to the issues I was facing, which led to a frustrating and prolonged resolution process. Furthermore, the technician assigned to address my concerns demonstrated a concerning lack of competence. Not only was the initial repair job performed inadequately, but subsequent attempts to resolve the issue were met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of thoroughness. This negligence has not only inconvenienced me but has also resulted in additional costs and wasted time. It is imperative for any service-oriented company to ensure that their staff is adequately trained and able to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience with Emotroad has been far from satisfactory. I urge you to address these issues with urgency and take corrective actions to prevent such negative experiences for other customers in the future. I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a detailed plan on how you intend to rectify the situation.

@@harshalr15 I would recommend you to purchase a bicycle in offline store. Which provides service and guarantee/warranty of gears. And bicycle is prefitted. Any problem or issues you will face will be resolved. Because both the brands don’t sell offline. I don’t recommend either, mostly incase of a gear bicycle.

@@harshalr15 Look it totally depends on the place you stay. For Pune 21 speed, for delhi even 6 speed will do the job. People are not aware but until and unless we effectively race, 6 and 7 speed is great. In foreign countries where I have been to. Very less number of people ride 21 or 24 or 27. Unless he is a fitness freak or athlete.
