Ladies change your DIET!! Fasting is a great way to clean out your system. Get rid of sugar. Go back to eating the God foods. Start reading the back of the packages you buy. If you don’t know what the ingredients are then don’t buy it. Look into intermittent fasting. Lose the weight. Pray and ask God for help.

Great update! Do you think it's a wasted of time to take the pumpkin seed/saw palmetto and turmeric? It looks like all the growth was from Rogaine. I'm just wondering if I'm wasting time and money with the supplements? Thanks

I wish I could find a doctor who is knowledgeable and actually cared. I have no hair around my temples and frontal area. I'm in Atlanta, and you would think there would be a good doctor here.

Congratulations on your new bundle of joy! Just a suggestion instead of using gel use aloe Vera or make your own flax seed gel for the curls. It does the same thing but without the chemicals in the gel.not sure if you will have the time but it will help. Your hair will grow back but just be consistent it takes time..

Rogaine is very harsh and drying to the scalp. If you discontinue use your hair will fall out.

Really enjoy your informative videos. Btw I’d just like to ask, is it still ok to heat style your hair if you have early scarring alopecia (provided you use a good amount of heat protection of course)? I’m asking because ever since getting my diagnosis of early scarring alopecia, I’ve been too scared to use heat on my hair but I miss straightening and blow drying my hair so much. My hair doesn’t look nice when it isn’t styled lol.
