I have sisterlocs and I’m considering cutting them off to focus on my CCCA if I cut them now my hair is going to be really short and I want to bleach and color my hair, but I don’t know how that will affect my CCCA.

I've colored my hair numerous times (blonde and red) with no issues. I've also had it professionally done with no issue as well.

You pull off short hair wonderfully. This look is lovely on you.🥰 Is your CCCA currently under control? I'm still working on mine. My scalp feels fine and I hope that I can stop using the clobetasol after my next derm visit. I haven't started minoxidil I don't know if I want to. Although I have some thinning I don't have any bald spots so I'm not highly motivated to use the minoxidil. I want to just stick with natural supplements for now.

What do you have on your face? Have you found color affects your scalp or inhibits in any way ccca?

Foundation and I have not experienced any negative side effects from hair color.
