Hello Kimberly, very informative video. I began PRP-platelet rich plasma therapy for alopecia, admistered by my dermatologist, approximately one year ago. I've seen hair growth,but it's not permanent. Currently taking all the supplements mentioned, except for pumpkin seed oil, saw palmetto and nutrafol. Planning to add them to my hair care regimen. I'm a new subscriber. Thanks for sharing. 😊

When you say PRP isn't permanent, does that meen the PRP isn't permanent or the hair growth itself isn't permanent ?
@TheSixthSLoT Жыл бұрын
@@shellbone22 She hasn't responded, but I can only assume that the hair growth is what she's referring to. PRP is never expected to be permanent.

Hi. If you’re taking vitamin D, please consider taking vitamin D with K2. K2 keeps the arteries from hardening. The K2 pushes the calcium into the bones and away from your soft tissue. I take the one with 10,000iu vitamin D with the MK7 form of K2. Also consider taking collagen. I’ve never had CCCA but my hair was thinning at one point. I took and still take collagen. I take both bovine and marine daily; at least 2-3 doses a day, but honestly when I was taking only one serving a day initially and saw a huge difference after one month. The other item is micronutrients/electrolytes. I like the ones by key nutrients but there are several out there.
@SDC19499 ай бұрын
Thanks; I’ve heard about K2. … I make homemade veggie soup with chicken bone broth (collagen) - it’s cheap and effective .
@TheePrettyGirlSwag9 ай бұрын
@@SDC1949 yeah sometimes when it cold I make it with chicken feet and beef bones but girl it’s just easier to buy it in bulk and it will ensure I take it daily. I’m so satisfied with my hair now. I recently added chicken collagen in the mix. It is type II which is more focused on the joints (off subject). My joints improved with just the bovine(which is type I & III)but I want to test out the chicken.

I have pumpkin seed oil in the liquid I plan to use that on my scalp. I think I want to take a hair vitamin as well. I’m taking hair skin and nails for now.
