I have a suggestion, I really appreciate that you displayed the knife name. Can you keep it displayed throughout the segment? This is not a criticism, just a suggestion. I appreciate what you are doing.
@dailygearguide7 сағат бұрын
Interesting, is this of you are kind of listening more than watching and maybe come over to see the screen later into the overview? Just trying to understand it and maybe help me possibly work that in. 👍
@FordHarborСағат бұрын
@ truth be told I am not always dedicated to watching the video. Sometimes I have it playing to the side while also doing other tasks but when I glance over and see something intriguing I am left wondering what it is or if I go to a site to check the price or more stats and leave the video play and now I am left wondering which knife you are on. This only happens when there multiple knives. I am also one of the few that really likes when you talk about your filming set up and other random gear items. It is all good.

There's a lot of tension on the lock bar on this knife. Is it safe to slightly bend the titanium lock bar a few times to tune the action?
@dailygearguide7 сағат бұрын
Should be, just make small adjustments and throw 1 body screw and a pivot screw on to test it and be sure you like it and also haven’t created lock rock going too loose. 👍

I can be a little hot and cold on these hybrid premium-budget designs. This knife does a good job of giving it a premium look in the finish and the industrial-ish design goes well with the flat and chamfered scales, so that's machining time that gets saved while still contributing to the overall aesthetic.

The combination of plastic and a small knife has cut me often. It's the lot's of resistance down to zero that gets you. You can't stop quickly enough if any of your body parts are in the way. I have that knife in 3v with the PEI handle. That finger choil area cut my index finger by the second joint. Just a nick, but i took a file to that edge. I carry mine cross draw on my belt to the left of the buckle. It hasn't left my belt since i bought it a few months ago. I love that knife. It is a very sharp knife, as you know.

@@dailygearguide On the package? It should be on the blade.
@dailygearguide3 күн бұрын
@@-joe-davidson you can Google it if you really don’t know. Research things, don’t just believe what you heard. Google- According to US regulations, imported products must have the country of origin marked on either the product itself or the packaging, depending on the size and nature of the product, but it is generally required to be visible on the packaging where applicable; meaning the country of origin must be clearly indicated on one of the two, not necessarily both.
@-joe-davidson3 күн бұрын
@@dailygearguide I understand but I still think it should be on the product. It's like they are ashamed of it. Looks like this was changed in 2021 so it hasn't been that way for long. Not surprised that the US government made it harder for Americans to know where stuff is coming from.
@dailygearguide3 күн бұрын
@ I mean I don’t think it’s that hard to read it on the package it comes in, also all dealers I have shopped list the country of origin on the page clearly with the specs. Not sure it’s that hard to read that. Also, I’ve never seen country of origin on a car 😂
