1:26:01 Actually Solasta 1 is older than BG3, as are many other CRPGs. But yes, Solasta is a CRPG like BG3 with turn based tactical combat etc, and like BG3 it uses the D&D 5e rules. Solasta 1 was pretty good btw. 2:10:34 Of course it comes to PC - just in case you didn't notice it: All games come to PC (except Nintendo titles). Consoles are too niche, the installbase for console is way too small to be sustainable long-term because of the exploding development costs. Think about it like this: Spiderman 1 required 2.4 million copies sold to break even. Spiderman 2 required 7.6 million copies sold. And that number is only going up: Concord 400 million development cost and Media outlets also reported that an unnamed publisher said that one of their games did cost them 660 million dollars to make with another 450 million for marketing on top. That's over 1.1 billion in costs (rumors are that the publisher was most likely Ubisoft and the game Skull & Bones). It is impossible to stay profitable with publishing games on consoles alone - even Sony has realized that which is the reason why all of their new games come to PC as well. The PC market is much, much bigger than the console market after all (in 2023 all consoles combined - Nintendo, Sony, XBox - had about 300 million active users; in the same year 1.4 billion people played on PC and 2.7 billion on mobile. Consoles are a small niche market). 2:58:00 Manor Lords is an awesome game as well. It was also made by a single developer (like Balatro and Animal Well) and is actually one of the most whislisted games on Steam. The Balatro dev is in the audience btw - Geoff said that at the beginning of the show - he just doesn't want to be on stage. PS: Praising PS for Helldivers success....I don't know about that. The majority of copies sold as well as players of course is on PC, not PS.

I was holding back all excitement about "Polaris" / Witcher 4 game until I found out who was going to be the protaganist. Once I saw this trailer, I was so FN hyped and excited!! I cannot WAIT to play this game as CIRI. Of course she deserves her own game after all she was the focus of the last game. I love how she is both a witcher AND a sorceress the awesome combination of Geralt and Yen.

After seeing the trailer of Intergalactic, the vibe of the 80s, 90s and the soundtrack typical of American movies... after seeing the graphics and especially that it is a game made by Naughty Dog, I said that another new game will be born! And another big name în industry of gaming made by Naughty Dog! I hope I'm not too euphoric or excited after seeing this, but it seems to be a serious game and I think it's one of.. If not the best trailer I've ever seen! Naughty dog please don't disappoint us because I, personally from what I saw at the game of the year awards, can say that at the moment it's the game I'm the most excited and interested in of all.!

shes wearing undvik style witcher gear set, probably her version of ursine. (since kaer trolde royalty is her close family). that monster is the mother of the crones from witcher 3 so i assume that the canon story now is ciri become witcher at the end of witcher 3 ending and the mother of the crones are set free by geralt to save the children from the crones. the sword seems like her new version of her original sword called zireael, this new version is probably her grandmaster version. her eyes are different than other witchers which indicating that her elder blood causing that to happen. she can cast a new version of quen (red instead of yellow and blue) which maybe also caused by the elder blood. she can cast a lightning magic which i assume she learned from yennefer. geralt is in the game, but he will be as old as vesemir in witcher 3. the trailer took place in the northern realm (either velen or skellige based on the ambience). she seems to have lost her elden power or not using it because she look herself more as a witcher which a path she choose herself than being the heir to the elden blood by force.

That monster is bauk,. it comes from Serbian mythology. The action of the trailer took place further north. CDPR confirmed it's going to be a new region. Possibly Kovir or Povis

This was the best trailer for me i was already hyped for mafia but this 1 hit it hard because never saw it coming and i lost my shit bloody love these games wish the witcher 2 was on ps4/ps5 since the witcher 1 is coming ciri and triss are my favourites and what a reaction from both your gf reaction is why i exspect big game reveal to get i felt it! My girlfriend is a huge fan of Witcher and Ciri. I wish I could have seen her reaction to Witcher 4, but sadly, it was only through text at the time. While the trailer played, my phone stopped lighting up, because she was so awestruck by the reveal. A minute or two after it was over, the texts came flooding in with how excited she was. It is awesome that you saw this in real time.

As a gamer who is mostly interested in playing Sci-Fi games, I'm incredibly excited for this game. I must admit, I've never bought a Naughty Dog game before, even though I know they're all fantastic. They just haven't been my thing-until now. I can't wait to see more about Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.

Because retro futurism? Tons of games are going that atmosphere lately. I'd say the comparison pretty much ends there. The biggest difference is that this is Naughty Dog. In 30 years, they've yet to deliver a bad game and most of their catalog is filled with masterpieces.

I started the Witcher 3 when i was at home after my second knee surgery that i had to get because im disabled [ I have SB ] so i was pretty much alone at the time, without friends. There were 4 people in my day to day life. I don't know if you wanna read all that so im gonna go straight to the point.... W3 at the time was the only thing that gave me happiness. Especially since Witcher 2 and Witcher 1 were my childhood. To this day i've only cried twice playing a video game. Red Dead Redemption 2 and the second one is at the end of Blood and Wine. So i can relate.
