Because whey protein is isolated from Milk and adding milk to whey protein makes your body reject it since it can't digest that much protein. It will happen most of us. Yeh bkl kuch bhi bata raha hai. Faltu ka gyan yeh de raha hai.

Main reason to take whey protein is it is a fast digesting protien....if you'll take it with water it will take less time to get digest... If you are taking it with milk to uska fast digestion ka to purpose hi khatam ho gaya to doodh hi peelo na fir.....
