It does have mono with one bud, I just picked up a pair today and it says so in the manual

Hi, thanks for reaching out. According to their support page, your M1 8GB is sufficient. It could be the software, which are you using? Have you tried for example ScreenFlow, OBS or even their Elgato software…so you could compare? It’s also possible the 8GB RAM maybe pushing it a bit, so also try clearing out the memory.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear this. Although I have not used as much (likely less than you), I haven’t had any issues with it. It’s been a long time since it got it. Could it possibly be that I got it from the very very first batch? When it was announced, the first day I was allowed to order, I did. Maybe through time it’s the quality control issue. I don’t that for sure, just assuming. I think you know that there are other brands since that you could into if you can’t get it resolved with SmallRig.

@@TossSong Thanks for responding. FYI Im on my 3rd unit. I hope this one lasts longer than a week or two like the two previous ones. I've asked SmallRig if this is a design flaw or typical of this product. They said I may have just gotten two bad units. Fingers crossed... I appreciate their willingness to replace faulty hardware - it causes a delay each time I have to document the device failure, send them a video and then wait for a response.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Yes, I would say it’s very precise. Controlling moment sensitivity is just like, say, an Xbox controller-except it seems a little fragile. However I haven’t broken the sticks off yet. :) I think from using it for a while, I would not play any games that could cause frustration and anger, just more casual or not movement intensive games. I feel like they will break then.

@BobbyAdrianVitra Hi, thank you for reaching out. Have you tried another V90 card? For me, I have not had any problems. (V90 card is the only card I use for this ZV-E1.) I also just researched this online, and couldn’t find anything on it. I’m just assuming the card may be the problem. Also try to format it again but on another Sony camera if possible. Let me know.
