@@adrianciochia-k7z It’s hard to say without being there myself but I would check to make sure nothing is stuck in the coupler (dirt/grease) and I would look at the pins to make sure they are not bent. Use the 2in1 for small leaks and cracks. and I would recommend filling your tire full of air close to the max PSI for seating the bead so the high-pressure pushes all the small particles into the cracks and then reducing your pressure to the correct pressure do not drive on the tire when the pressure is that high just rotate it in your hands

Fantastic! I don't think I would have completed the assembly without your video. Much better than the official Napoleon assembly video. I'll add a few things for future viewers. You get about 5 packs of screws/small parts. They are hidden all over the place. The self tapping screws for the infrared burner shelf are in the package attached to the right utility shelf, not the infrared shelf. The plastic ring that holds the hose and battery wire no longer clips in. It comes with a tiny screw to attach it to the grill base. I should have kept a list of other frustrations, but that's all I can think of right now.

For those who have difficulty lifting the lid over the sump area, try this. Get duct tape, make a loop stick it on the lid near the tabs. Then with your fingers in the loop of tape, use your thumbs too push/pull (i forget which way, it should feel easy) on the tabs. When the tabs are push/pulled all the way, lift the loop of tape, it should come off easily.
