I recently came across your KZbin channel and was impressed by the quality of your content. To grow & increase the view of your channel you need to optimize your videos. Inspite all of your efforts videos are not being viewed. Video SEO Score is very low. The title, Description, and Tags are not SEO-friendly. Videos are not shared on Social Media platforms and many other problems are found on your KZbin Channel. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO friendly then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. So immediately need Promotion, SEO for your Videos & KZbin channel. Do you want to improve those problems and grow your KZbin Channel?

Wonderful information. Thank you so much. He didn’t specifically talk about diet or did I miss it ? Was he pushing meat?
@debirobinsonwellness81312 ай бұрын
No, he does not necessarily say to eat more meat or pushing meat. In fact, most of the foods that support bone health are in the plant world.

I never knew gluten sensitivity could be related to hypothyroidism 😮 I was tested for gluten intolerance and told I was fine and it wasn’t impacting my health in any way whatsoever. Maybe my PCP was wrong all this time

Do you think hydration plays a role in bone heath as well as the other factors you mentioned?
@debirobinsonwellness81313 ай бұрын
Without a doubt. The two processes that happen with aging are dehydration and oxidation. Dehydrated tissue is more likely to get injured and break.

I just found you today. Challenging but great class! I’m interested in your lifestyle program to figure out the reason for my bone loss. I have heard gut health can impact bone so I’m really curious about that!

Nice, watching them grow every week until they grew by two cups is definitely satisfying, I went with what I commented about and after the first 20 days or so I went up by one cup! I simply go'ogled Mika Klopsworth's Breast Guide and now they’re fuller and firmer than I expected!

Hi Thanks for you comments and questions. Spinal rotation is the best way to stimulate the vertebra. The important aspects to stay safe in rotation is to keep your spine long and not put pressure on the front of your spine below the heart to the belly button I call this the safe spinal space zone.

I landed on your video and it's really good, pls don't mind but I saw on your channel, you posted quite good number of videos and I can see the current reach is not that good. You can improve your reach by focusing collectively on thumbnails, specially in your niche improving SEO would be a deal breaker and the video editing. If you want to get it sorted then I would love to have a conversation..

Thank you so much for this information especially the part about the liver and taking too many supplements, I've been having high liver enzymes for a couple of years now, I have a few theories along with my doctor why my enzymes are high but now I'm wondering if there's any connection to my osteoporosis , I believe my liver enzymes are high because I did a dumb low-carb diet back in 2018 and I stopped eating that way in 2019 but I'll never ends up in high since but I get blood work every 3 months, some months my liver enzymes will come down a little bit but other months they'll go back up, I have osteoporosis because when I was 19 I did a very low calorie diet I cut out all fat and I did lots of cardio, overtime I did increase my calorie intake but throughout my adult life I never ate enough for the amount of exercise I was doing and I never got enough of my nutrients especially protein, recently I've been working with my other doctor to increase my blood pressure now since my doctor realize that it's been low for years,,, most likely from lack of electrolytes minerals and salt , especially since I'm very active in the summertime I sweat a lot and yet I would never replenish my salt and electrolytes , but my doctor thinks that my liver enzymes being high is more likely due to years of having low blood pressure, but now I'm wondering if all these things are connected? if the same thing that caused by osteoporosis is the same thing that caused my low blood pressure,, and the same thing that caused my high liver enzymes us the same thing that caused my osteoporosis and my low blood pressure!! It makes sense because if I was over exercising under-eating not menstruating for many years, not getting enough nutrition not getting electrolytes minerals low protein,, it makes sense that my bones wouldn't be the only thing to suffer from all this mess,, I started this terrible unhealthy cycle at age 19 I'm 41 now but I was diagnosed at age 39 a few years ago back in 2022 so not so long ago,, so now I realized this isn't just about healing my bones but that's super super important, but I also need to heal my low blood pressure and heal my liver,, it's been a very overwhelming journey but I am going to heal my body I just really hope that the same healthy actions that I'm doing now that are meant to heal and strengthen my bones will also benefit my liver and help my blood pressure too,, my doctor did want me to add salt I was afraid to eat salt my doctor did want me to add salt I was afraid to eat salt but it has helped with bringing up my blood pressure so that's good, now that I realize having low blood pressure maybe it's not good because my doctor did say that I wasn't getting enough blood to my kidney and liver, now I'm a little scared because I have heard that salt is bad for bones But I only get good quality mineral-rich sea salt , and I realized now our bodies do need sodium minerals and electrolytes so I hope that by adding salt helping my blood pressure will also benefit my bones too,, but I also need to get my liver insights down too but definitely at the top of my list is my bones, this is also a road to redemption for me, this is redemption for my bones for all the terrible fitness and nutrition mistakes I've made all these years ❤

I recognize the desire to monetize these videos and I am so grateful Debi has provided them for us. However, I am wondering if the ads could be at the beginning, middle, and end instead of interspersed throughout the video. It is so frustrating being mid pose and having to stop and skip an ad. I haven’t counted but it seems there have been at least 6-10 ads during this video.
