🚫 Just purchased. Does NOT fit a Safariland 6360 Level 3 retention holster fitted for a Glock 17 w TLR-1 light!!! Have to return. Very disappointed.

I just did this, i am worried that i destroyed my gun i was trying to rack it and the bolt carrier kept getting stuck half way each time. I’m just hoping it’s because i bent the gas cylinder. I noticed that my charging handle was not about to cock back the trigger pack without the bolt assembly being inserted. It looked like the charging handle was riding higher hopefully just this cylinder is al I need to swap.

I changed my flgr to a GI but the new guide rod isn’t as snug and tight inside the spring as the one it came with. Is this an issue?

Tigger housing is NOT angled different. Gen 4 has a dot connector, which is angled differently causing heavier pull....not the trigger housing.

Thanks, it is the same thing happened to me when I upgraded my trigger, no available parts for more than a year now at IWI store, I'm looking into Manticore charging handle as an option.

i took the plug out of mine and left it without a plug and it does not move around freely like yours does in this video. it stays perfectly in one place the way it’s supposed to when i push and pull up and down on it. but yours does. why is that?

The nub on the oem piece is a dust cover to keep debree like sand and dust out of the barrel for those that carry it daily. Even an 8mm 1/4 tall plug would help retain that design feature without the concern of it breaking off. Your first shot would very likely clear the obstruction if it did break off though.

Thanks for the video… I’m having issue with my new X95. Took it out the first time to shoot and had a ton of failures to feed. It was almost dark so we couldn’t mess around too much but we were shooting steel Tula. A few days later aI took it to the range and brought 8 PMAG GEN3 mags with brass and 1 with the Tula. 4 out of 8 had a failure to feed a round. The Tula still had the same issues. If I rapid fired it seemed to work better 🤷‍♂️ There was a lot of brass particles inside when aI cleaned it. Then today I took it to the range again and all the brass worked fine and out of 50 rounds of Tula 2 didn’t feed. So it was better for some reason. I was thinking I had a gas issue but now I’m not sure.

Sorry that happened. I believe IWI warns about removing charging handle before barrel lock removel, i almost ruined mine. Also when you remove bcg dont oull the trigger. Trigger hammer will damage alot of things trying to put rifle back together. Also steel casing is a big no-no for x95s unless you're shooting 7.62x39 which the rifle would be built for steel casing. Be very careful when you place a compensator on the barrel unless you're using a two port or more to let gases release if this rifle builds up gases from the rear it will force your bolt carrier group to open. It won't explode but it is a failure if you're doing shooter drills. This rifle is very finicky with gas pressure buildup. You also got to make sure your BCG is seated properly with a hard slam forward with the charging handle or it will act up.

My X95 out of the box had several failures to feed or and fire (click no bang). This happened periodically for the first couple few hundred rounds. I wasn't happy about it. It has though since then (rounds and cleanings), become my favorite rifle and works flawlessly with great accuracy.

I bought this gun because it was all the rage and the gun magazines where raving about it, Mine is still in brand new condition and I'm considering selling it to get a 32-H&R magnum revolver, not because of stopping power but because I now love the versatility of the 32's

It would be nice if you detailed, stripped the GEN three and the GEN five so we could look at each individual part to assure the differences or common profiles. It’s amazing no one is doing this on KZbin or anywhere else for that matter to somebody who seems that we all know the difference is a mistake. when we advertise what’s the difference between a GEN five engine three we need to look at each part independently. I hope you take this is positive criticism. 10:07

Had the same thing happen, but it was from a fall. Same parts busted. Two emails 3 phone calls and I still have not heard back from IWI!!!

Just wonder if these would fit something like the Tracer Tactical Scout rig. As it does not have a singular pouch per say instead it has troughs? Also, would putting bungee retention strap over top of part of the hook and loop material comprise some of the hold it has to the trough?

When I shoot my LCP, I use one hand, and can place my 6 shots with in a 5” diameter firing as fast as I can pull the trigger at 20 feet.

There was no hardware for the second hole of the plate, is it supposed to come with hardware for the second hole? If not, where do I get the hardware? Edit: the plate is rotating when I holster it forcefully Edit 2: saw the part where he takes the plastic pin out of the old barrel stop and puts it in the new one.

I could saved everyone all the trouble taking these apart and money! GEN 1, 2 3 5 does not have that bump on the trigger bar! I filed mine off by hand with a file on my G23 Gen 4 .40 S&W and in 30 minutes a better trigger!
