Where the stem comes off? This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. The stem comes off WHERE THE 3 HOLES ARE. The other end is the butt of the coconut. Don't ruin your good knives folks. He just doesn't have a small hammer to do that with. You probably have one in your garage. Use THAT to crack it. He also wasted some precious coconut water by not draining it first. THUMBS DOWN.

I don’t care who you are, restaurant owner, master chef, head chef, you failed basic kitchen food handling hygiene 101 standards, you caressed raw meat & then touched the olive oil bottle & you didn’t wash your hands, you should be fired! you didn’t just fail you clearly demonstrated how unprofessional you are because you simply don’t give a f*ck!

A stir has 30 to 40 different cuts of meat and you cook each one of those in a very different and specific way in order to obtain a perfect steak.

CANCER ! HEART DESEASE ! ANOTHER IDIOT... The meat girl and chiropractors pretending to be doctors are wrong (EGGS) and other advise ! She is not not a Dietitian and she is not understanding liver disease and other health issues. She is spreading untrue information that can weaken or make health issues. She is not a DOCTOR. Always nice to pick up a bottle of olive oil, with raw steak juice. After some dummy grabbed all over it after handling raw steak.

This is “Master Chef”? Where? Cheap chains so called steakhouse maybe 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 You lost me before that olive oil joke. That’s the ugliest dead piece of ribeye. Final product is pretty much what you get at longhorns. Overcooked, way over season just to cover the low quality meat and this incompetent that call himself Chef 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤣

Ha! For the sauce, didn’t have the smoked chili puree and I didn’t have the smoked cheddar so I used feta cheese and some Stubbs barbecue sauce and some smoked paprika and the result was pretty darn good. Thanks

master! art of grill steak!
@vonheise4 ай бұрын
At 78, and over r 56 years of "grilling" every type of cheap to fillet steak, I can definitely say this method works and is my second favorite way to grill steak, indoors or out. However, I would also say to not make a religion of this method as it is one of at least 6 ways to make a masterful steak ! Rather than me write a book here, I would say to Google or search KZbin for how to make a cheap steak taste expensive like this one, and it is possible, just takes longer to prepare, mostly in the refrigerator. Also, how to reverse sear, pan or grill fry, broil, or use low heat oven to make one that melts in your mouth. Note: An instant read, or alarm thermometer will become your best friend.
