I don't grill steaks! I cook mine in a cast iron skillet. Even on a grill. Cast iron creates more sear which equals more flavor! There's flavor in the brown!!!!!

WHY olive oil? Olives and olive oils are high in 3 allergens, phloridzin, chlorogenic acid and gallic acid that in turn inflame the pituatary and hypothalamus glands and the pancreas. These organs then break down, their parts circulate and join up to form the cancer nucleus, nee3ed to start and fuel all malignancies. Clark H R PhD ND 20157. Heart Healthy? ZERO evidence that arterial calcification is slowed. My intake of these is zero, with scan confirmed clean arteries at near 89.

Master chefs do not season with pepper prior to cooking, pepper will just burn at the heat needed to cook the steak leaving you with that wonderful gritty crunch whilst eating, salt cooks, pepper burns.
