Vert could use his jets to get the accelecharger, but he was dumb and forgot it, damn hard to accept, but he did it many times.

It's a common trope to take out the one character of the cast that knows at least something about the deep plot of the story or how to properly and effectively manouver through it, adds more tension and challenge to the rest of the cast that, instead of learning the ropes with a sort of lifeline, now they need to dive deep into the unknown together and hope to learn how to survive the ordeals as fast as they can, without the level of help they otherwise would've had.

I think the other World Race drivers are the Sliencerz because Tesla confirmed that he's lost tons of drivers in the Realms. I'm thinking each one was saved by then became a Silencer themselves.

I still think Kurt was on to something. Especially with the “ending” of acceleracers (since it was “too popular” to continue and it would overtake Hotwheels). There’s something about Tesla that is unsettling and he definitely doesn’t reveal everything about the silencers. I feel like if it continued, he woulda been a villain.

Dude I just had this crazy idea that sounds pretty sweet considering the music used in the video. If Mattel and Saga teamed up for the a crossover Sonic Riders/Hot Wheels Acceleracers game combining two different ways racing for the player with a storyline for the game. One side you can play as Vert and the HW35/Acceleracers characters with story modes for the Teku/Metal Maniacs and the Silencerz and can unlock Hot Wheel cars from the Acceleracers series and the cars used in Hot Wheels Beat That! and Ultimate Race games while on the other side you can play as Sonic and company riding Extreme Gears with story modes for Team Sonic, the Babylon Rogues, Team Rose, and Team Dark giving the player the ability to play as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Rouge, E-123 Omega, Amy, Cream & Cheese, Vector (from Team Chaotix), Jet, Wave, and Storm with additional characters that can be unlocked through story mode or challenges and can unlock other Extreme Gear through the shop, completing story modes, and completing challenges. As for the story it combines what happens after HWA The Ultimate Race and Sonic Riders after Sonic and Jet with their respective teams parted ways Eggman after his recent and may I say humiliating failed scheme thwarted by Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles after sending him running with his mustache between his legs uncovers ancient Acceleron ruins in the desert badlands and discovers say a portal to Vert's world devises a new scheme in his usual goal of world domination and building Eggmanland, however, he accidentally frees Gelorium from her space prison and plots to destory human kind, but learns about Sonic who proves to be a big thorn in her plans after he kicked her chassis into next week and an experienced racer. Eventually Sonic and his team begin to look into the Racing Drones and Eggman's possible involvement in their and search for the Chaos Emeralds, but Sonic and co encounter the Silencerz while on the trail of one of the Chaos Emeralds and Sonic and Vert go head to head in a one on one race with Vert taking Sonic by surprise and left him in the dust. Sonic, however, undeterred from being beat by Vert cause of his competitive nature seeing a new challenge/new rival and eventually the two would race again with them eventually teaming up with the other teams to stop the drones and Eggman's plans with Gelorium getting absolutely schooled by Sonic and Jet while Eggman's robots were left in the dust by Vert and his friends with Sonic sending Eggman packing like usual. I really would of liked to see Jason Griniff Sonic, Jet, and Shadow's voice from 2003 to 2010 and Andrew Francis Vert's voice talk to each other bringing their respective characters out with a few antics like Storm having his moments annoying Jet when there is a crisis or gets beaten by either Knuckles, Vector, Omega, Taro, Porkchop, or even Monkey in a race. Then Storm and Knuckles alongside Porkchop, Monkey, and Sparky cause a ruckus at one of Eggman's bases which gives them target markers on their backs by the same robots that chased Storm, Knuckles, Tails, and Wave on Babylon Garden during Sonic Riders who unfortunately have a major bone to pick with them after their last encounter.

i realized something too, vert is the only one that didn't care about team since the beginning of acceleracers and taro works better alone with no enemy or team or should i say he's a time attack guy

The additional irony of “going for the record” is that there probably *is* no record for that course, and winning in a more careful manner would gave given him the course record anyway. Also, I just thought of the irony for Kadeem. It might be a reach, but the Dune Ratz motto was "ride the wind." And he is captured after falling to his doom in the storm realm.

Shirako driving on the right side of his car probably implies it's an in-universe Japanese tuner of some sort, that or he is Japanese and he specifically wanted his car to be that way.

I played Hot Wheels Beat That, also released in 2007. That game had like 15-16 vehicles from the Acceleracers franchise. The game was your typical Hot Wheels racing game, taking place as toy cars in a house, but among the background in some tracks, there were packages of Hot Wheels Acceleracers lying around. Hot Wheels Unleashed, recently started adding the Acceleracers cars to their DLCs.

The fourth movies script was definitely finished after the fifth movie was cancelled; such is the lifespans of straight to video movies. Think about it. Without the drones, the fifth movie would be just exposition and no racing. No, the fourth movie was written to be the final one.

Funnily enough, I've always seen Torque as raceless until many years after watching the movies (I was like 4 or 3 when first watching them) when my father told me he was probably jamaican or some "mulat". Probably the only reason I really didn't noticed everyone was supposed to have a race was because of the city sector I would grow up in. Since it kinda matched the diversity there. (Primarily white but with many mestizos and some east asians and "pardos".) Didn't helped I watched it in Spanish either and that the first race happened in a place that literally exists on the Lima old pan American highway. It was only after watching World Race that I was like "ohhhh, they're from other parts of the world".

Everyone was wondering why Vert's car suddenly took him to the Silencerz HQ at the end of the series and my guess is Gig and Commander Wheeler added some upgrades to ensure he'd go there, or it just defaulted to the only remaining human portal after the Acceledrome exploded

Man I so miss this series. Was a big part of my childhood and actually taught me how to become a better racer in racing games. We need a proper ending to the series :(

Not really any easter egg but im pretty sure in between Tezla’s accident and the swamp realm in Ignition, he could’ve gone to the Silencerz HQ and thats why he thinks they stole technology from him or something like that (theres also a brief clip of him in ignition watching the drivers at the meeting)

I always imagined that the drone car he sent into Highway 35 looked like a Video-Racer which is basically a hot-wheels car with a camera in it. Also, what happened to the wreckage of the vehicle after it crashed? Shouldn't it still have been there when the World Race drivers were on the track later.

I would love to see remakes of these with modern standards of representation. Apparently Tam is a popular last name for Chinese people but it's actually not that common in China which makes a lot of sense if Lani's family are Chinese immigrants to Hawaii. I think that's really cool.

a couple I noticed you missed in both videos: - drone HQ is hotwheels city remodeled, which is why monkey asks if the roads seem similar (eventho it makes no sense for monkey to say it since he never went on highway 35, would make more sense for kurt or taro to say it tbh) - swamp realm showed banjo's streetbeasts car in the swampy area surrounding the waters porkchop avoided (thus insinuating the easier route is misleading) - nalas wave ripper car got repurposed as the medical car in the acceledrome
