I went to this pier few times once I was setting up and I noticed a rope out in the water floating tied to nothing and the guy next to me says it been there all day people keep trying to get it I’m like watch this threw on a lure with three treble. Hooks and snagged it first cast it was a brand new crab trap the bigger one with three hoops 😂full of crab 😂

I love that spot.. how ever I would have to time it perfectly with the weather. Don’t want to eat anything from that water after heavy rain can you imagine all the pee and poop from the streets in that water🤢 but yes love that spot

I’m weak. I literally was there today with my buddy and We got 36 red rock crabs and another person got 12.

Nice job!! I shore fished for striped bass a lot during the early 80's at many places in Marin.Great to see that there are still fish to catch. The fishing along Corte Madera creek was usually a good spot. If you walk out from the Ferry Landing that is also a good spot.Thanks for posting!

Damn, that sucks, keep the drag loose so if a big fish bites or runs off with the bait the rod won’t get yanked in. Also for a replacement I’d recommend the ugly stik big water.
