Why does Boddy shoot a four finger stan with his competition bow and i see him here on your video shooting a 3 finger stan with his hunting bow. Just wondering why or the reasoning behind it. Thanks

Man I'm a fan of both of these guys...or so I thought. This video took some of that away, seems like you guys want us to be fans that way we buy your product and or subscribe to your channels to help pay you bills. But don't be the kinda fans that say hi at a gas station or god forbid approach you in the field. Idk I'm sure alot of us won't understand that aspect but kinda insulting to us who watch you guys and regularly follow your content.

One of the coolest things about ShotIQ is Joel will personally respond to almost all comments, questions, etc. within the course. Very neat to have that personal connection.
@zaynemikita6897Күн бұрын
Here is my issue. All this stuff Joel talks about is nothing new. All he did was rebrand it and made it more marketable to get people to buy it. These concepts are so simple it should take 30 mins to discuss and sell but you can't make money off that so guys drag this crap out for all it's worth and then 20 years later dudes get taught this stuff and wonder why they aren't successful. Its not entirely on the student. Sometimes it's on the instruction. I have been in firearms training for years and this same exact thing thats going on here already happened. Turners will make their money and people will be disappointed in the long run. Sorry but it's the truth

But in fairness he admits to the fact that he learned this from others while learning it himself. And he is simply converting the thoughts to others in their particular practices.

Bodi keeps saying he is going to go to some ASA's but he never does. His shot style doesnt fit into ASA type archery, you cant just set there waiting on the release to finally fire. Setting there slowly squeezing waiting on the release to fire only works if your pin never leave the middle of the bullseye! Look at Chance B. he is one of the best indoor shooters ever but outside on a 3d course he struggles if there is any wind, ive shot with Chance several times, he is amazing to watch hold but even he has went to a thumb button release.... Look at Kyle D. kyle shot a hinge & heavy set thumb release but until he went to a very light set thumb release he wasnt doing well because he said as he was holding in the middle waiting for "that surprise shot" the pin would sometimes dip just out of the ten ring. When he'd pull to get the pin back on the X it would fire! He told me when he switched tl a very loght trigger he shot like 20+ 30X rounds in a row an thought "hey there is something to this" and now 4 or 5 years latter he has won several ASA shooter of the years, many ASA tournaments, vegas back to back and indoor national 3 times in a row!!!! And at the Rushmore Rumble this past weeked Bodi was not shooting the Stan click release he was using a discontinued Stan Shootoff Heavy Metal thumb release.
@TD3_ArcheryКүн бұрын
Yeah there's alot of talk about the release he was using at the rumble because he was shooting lights out... but maybe he has alot of travel in the release but if so.. why not use the clicker that they talk about so much. I personally don't like travel in my thumb but I'm also not anywhere close to the level of shooter as pros

MR. Turner’s methodology has changed my archery mindset so much it’s crazy. Until about 6 years ago I had no trouble with shooting. ( started in 1963 with a Bear recurve). I never had or heard of TP or whatever back then. I bow hunted and killed lots of game and predators fairly easily. Then , for whatever reads I developed anxiety like over night. I worked hard and got over that but the thing is Mr. Turner’s technique took me way UP to the highest level of mindset and control like I can’t ever remember having. Why I never transferred his technique to my long range rifle competition is beyond me. For years I have had excellent shot control with a rifle. PEOPLE, PEOPLE, PEOPLE, this works for sure. Yea! I know some of the science sounds crazy but it’s NOT BS! Want proof? Ever see his son, Bodie, at a comp? 👍👍👍🔥

Dan, an awesome interview as I’ve seen you do. Especially with this young man. Bodie is a world of information in few comments if you pay attention. I love he is independent of the bow companies and I hope doesn’t get caught up in it. There’s no loyalty in like what happened to Tim Gillingham at Bowtech. Great interview!

Just blew my knee out skiing over the new year weekend. Really interested in what you're going to do pre and post surgery on your knee @elkshape . Hoping this isn't going to completely end my hunting season. My previous knee took 14 months to heal completely to where I wasn't limited.

I don’t mean to sound stupid but where do we draw the moral line or distinction between using Peptides vs using Androgen/Anabolic steroids like dBol, Tren, Masteron, Clembuterol, etc. @elkshape For the record, I’m not personally against anyone doing whatever they want performance wise with their body.

The Damn TAC’s were a nightmare for me, took me over 3 hrs to get 5 arrows with 3 fletch to have good adhesion. And i cut my clamp, sanded the Bitz and clamp for perfect contact…i have an AAE receiver. Followed all directions. Ive fletched a decent amount of arrows and am super OCD eith arrow builds…never had issues but man those were a bearrrr. I just loved how light and quiet they are and they look killer. Might go all Super Saber even tho little heavier, or mini saber 3 fletch if they steer a Hades pro 3 blade well for Whitetail distances.
