This is so true coming from the kid of parents who are very out of shape and never workout. I do daily runs of at least a mile and a half. It can be hard to continue to push when the rest of your family is sitting on the couch on there phone eating ice cream and drinking mtn dew.

I have tried for years to get my Mom and Dad to eat just a little healthier, and to go on a daily walk just to try to keep them around longer. Unfortunately this has become the life so many people choose.

Man as a bow hunter and a Western North Carolina lineman I’m grateful for these videos. I love bow hunting more than my own life but being a lineman takes it toll on physical fitness. Long story short thanks Dan!

Brainrot . What does softness have to do with fitness ?

It takes toughness to lift weights consistently. A soft person might lift weights once a week, but a tough individual will consistently go to the gym and look forward to it. Inside the gym, you learn to overcome challenges instead of giving up on them, becoming comfortable with the uncomfortable. Additionally, you learn to push yourself physically and mentally. While you don’t need the gym to develop toughness, Mr. Potter is explaining how it can help teach young adults to persevere through obstacles, even when they are steep.
