I guarantee thats only in Belgrade, in my home town, Smederevo, a school built in 2010 had a serbian flag that was there so long, only half of the eagle was left on it, entire half of the flag was torn off, not by vandals, just from age, and only until recently did they replace it. It looked like it has been through the WW1 exodus of Serbian troops and people through albanian mountains "albanian golgotha" and back.

As a pro sarma maker gotta say that sarma is a trash compared to those we make at homes, they have put too much rice and you got only 1 meat variety next to sarma. How we make it at home is 90% meat and 10% rice for flavour, next thing we add smoked ribs + bacon next to sarmas to give it smokey flavour. One tip: Always add pepper and dried paprika when eating sarma, everyone does it.
