You stated you would delete this video once you post a correct one. What happened with that?

We took apart our Dump Cylinder and Lift Cylinder hoses, and had them rebuilt. Unfortunately, we lost our diagram of hose connections. Do you happen to have a picture of the diagram hook up, or a description of which hose goes where? Thanks

I have a 185 robot that the engine died on me and won't turn over, made some noise a few days earlier that seemed to be coming from the flywheel end, and then was quiet, after about 5 minutes, it won't turn over, starter was bad, changed starter, battery is good, load tested it, new starter, still won't turn over, something is locked up

Can you tell me where the solenoid is that activates when you turn on the auxiliary hydraulics, mine keeps blowing fuses and I'm trying to track it down but I'm not sure where that valve is

Oh dude. Yeah, Autopac sucks. I had my quarter glass (rear little triangle window) smashed during a break in. 2003 sunfire... so, you know... a rally rare car, right? Autopac couldn't find the part. The dealership couldn't find the part. So, it was going to be written off. I found the part after searching for SECONDS online. I could get it for about $5 plus shipping (about $25) and gave the info to the dealership (Selkirk GM). They ordered the part. The work got "done". I get my car back, look at the cost breakdown. Dealership charged Autopac $550 for the $25 part, plus install. The part wasn't even put in right and required some work to get it to sit right, which I reported to Autopac, who told me "just be glad it was fixed". Yep, remember that he next time they talk about insurance fraud and what customers do that "drive up the cost of insurance".

Thank you for the comment on freeing up the shifter, that is my issue and I’ve been trying to figure out how to do that.

Any valve tip or Tappet screw wear allows the cam follower to contact the valve spring cap releasing the collets.

Getting ready to do this to a 83 v65 magna, and I've got a blown head gasket. I may need some help, LoL

After a while it started stalling after a minute. Starved of fuel. So sediment has settled back and I have to try again. M&MS tractor has a great video on these Marvel Schevler carbs.

This video is a total mess. But still useful if you are going to work on the carb. Check the plate on the top carb for a model number. This is a TSX695. Tractor was running rich after.

At 8:19 regarding the Alternator light- correct wiring is as follows. Interrupt the exciter wire one between the alternator and diode. Buy a 194 bulb with red case. This special bulb lights only with power on one side nothing (no ground) on the other. So 3 states- 1. Ignition off 2. Ignition on motor not running- bulb gets power one side nothing on alternator side so light ON. 3. Motor running - Bulb gets power both wires so light goes out! Still need diode to shut engine off. The Tractor would not drive. Clutch works and gear shifter ok. The high low shift rail was not going back into high in the video but it was when assembled. Just needs a little more force.

Can you replace the cam holder/h pipes without removing cam chain?

How the hell did you just pop the cam in with almost little effort? I tried to do the exact same thing and it won't budge.

I have figured this out. I was reading the marks on the wrong spot of the sprocket. I will produce a video explaining how to do this right once I get it perfect. Then delete this one. The manuals are right. But if your newbie and don't have a clue it is easy to get screwed up.

I talk about copper gaskets because you can't buy head gaskets, especially rear, for a V30 Magna. The idea here is to probably take the heads in for service. It would never pay to have a mechanic repair these bikes as they have little value. This is a barn find 15,000 miles. Dog ate the wires. Barn finds are a bad deal, buy a running bike with high miles first, unless you want the work.
