For using this scrub in the shower I will add a good solubizer. This will be great in the bath though❤ Not as many worries for slipping. Happy Scrubmas, what a lovely emollient scrub. Thank you Tara.😊❤🎉

I have olivem 1000 can I use this one instead of 900?
@TaraLeeeКүн бұрын
It doesn’t get that gel texture. But you can use it. It will still be a scrub. You won’t need the cera bellina if you use it though.
@CottageWitch1Күн бұрын
@TaraLeee Ok Thank you :) Would I just add the % of the cera to the olivem? I'm in Canada and can't seem to find olivem 900 here
@CottageWitch1Күн бұрын
@TaraLeee I can also get olivem 300 but that seems to be all I can find it in

Pleaseee do a remake 😮. I only like salt scrubs and have never seen one close to this texture. I feel like if it was a little thicker and added color it’ll literally be perfect

Sick of it? 😂 Never! I am loving your Scrubmas series! I’m having so much fun trying them all and learning so much about the various ingredients along the way! I think you should do a series like this for other types of products, too…7 days of face washes or 7 days of body washes, etc…you are the best! I feel like you deserve an honorary degree in cosmetic formulating given the level of knowledge you’ve acquired 😄

Great video! If one wants less „jigglyness“ do I adjust the stearic acid? 😅
@TaraLeeeКүн бұрын
I would use a different formula. If you don’t want a whipped one then I have a lot of other scrub recipes on my channel. Whipped scrubs always start with a whipped and jiggly base
@curiousgirl1823 сағат бұрын
Thanks so much for your reply. I’m definitely going to try this one first, just so I can form a proper opinion. It will be my first scrub you see. May I say that I’m really enjoying your channel and having much fun watching. I think you have a very good manner of explaining things and it’s very useful and valuable that you share your honest opinion on what you have just formulated 😊.

@@TaraLeeeit helps, but I used too much Cera Bellina. Next time I’d use Jojoba oil and the percentage you used, like in my squeeze lip balms then I think we’re onto something :)
