Im 35 years old. Ive been struggling with social anxiety since I was 3 years old. The husband leaving at 5am for work has caused great amount of fear. I say bye like its the last i will see him. ❤ I have just started counselling. Considering medications as fear is getting in the way of career growth. I wont get baptized because i fear public speaking.

Men are often taught to make their emotions take a backseat and are told they are supposed to be sooooo sexual, while women are told to keep their sexual desires in the backseat and are told they are supposed to be soooo emotional I reality no one should be told that they are supposed to be more of ANYTHING. I think women ARE as visual as men. But its mostly society that made up this SHIT of men being more visual or sexually stimulated than women. Living in a patriarchal society, it actually makes sense to think men are more visual than women. Coz then women can be expected to dress up pretty and shut up about their side of desire too. And its basically forcing men too to conform to the streotype of being 'so sexual and horny '. So much so that men feeling less manly for saying that they are not as attracted to women's bodies. And women feel unwomanly for accepting that they are as attracted to the male body. I think whether you are visually stimulated (sexually or romantically) has nothing to do with your gender. Dont force characteristics into boxes labelled 'men' and 'women'. Dont create stigma. Many men and women want to break away from this notions nowadays. Just enjoy ur life however u want!

Yes women can be as visual as men. My girlfriend literally predicted that someone would mention grey sweatpants in this video. Turns out many women like em. Kinda universal thing . But I think now I'm gonna wear something else now that i know WHY they like it💀

It "seems" like good advice to try dating a number of guys, like you did.........But Tiffany, you are stunningly beautiful and had no trouble getting asked out by several men.....please remember there are many less attractive women who will seldom get asked out, and will have a much smaller pool of men to choose from 😮‍💨

It is on the same level as knowing & serving Jesus, because it could keep you out of heaven . You guys are teaching &promoting a dangerous doctrine. The bible does not teach that your body is your own & therefore you can do sexually what you please. The new testament teaches that we should bring our bodies under subjection to the Holy Spirit, not let the flesh lead us.

What a wonderful video ! To see a couple sharing freely their personnal thoughts on such a subject is very commendable. Most couples would only speak on topics where they can present a unified front, but every point of view has its merits. Today I think of sex and masturbation as I do of eating and sleeping. Too much food and too much sleep is bad for health. We must learn, specially as christians, to control our desires and appetites. For most men, sexual arousal comes with impure thoughts and that is a problem. Marriage is not an option for everybody either. I think this is one of the reason God chose not to give a specific instruction but lay general guidelines. I really like what James said that he don't see God as a tyrannic overlord who want to opress us. I paraphrase, of course, but to understand that God only wants what's best for us and is full of compassion is the basic of christian wisdom. May God bless you and your ministry !!!

It’s also good to think about what are the consequences of having sex before marriage? There are pros and cons to everything. 1. Some bad people in the world take advantage of a significant other and leave (pumping and dumping) even when there’s consent and the appearance of commitment. 2. Sex means you’re open to life, so if there’s an unplanned pregnancy which happens to a whole lot of couples who aren’t married and committed, a pregnancy can be seen as a problem, when it’s meant to be a beautiful thing. In this situation, some people go ahead and utilise the plan B (ab•rtion). If think there are also consequences to contraception as a whole, even more merrit to saving sex for marriage. So if you’re against those things and you want to be a good example to others, saving yourself for marriage will negate those unwanted consequences in my opinion.

If looking at a woman with lust is said to be adultery according to Jesus then wouldn't having sex with a woman also be adultery because of the fat that the man will also be looking at her lustfully during sex? To me, both are adultery according to Jesus because lust with the eyes is involved. Adultery is forbidden so it's a slam dunk that sex outside of marriage is a sin. Now, the adultery in this case may only apply to the man because Jesus said "if a man looks at a woman with lust he commits adultery with her in his heart"

Of course sex outside of marriage is always wrong and of course Jesus affirmed biblical marriage, gender and sexuality. 2,000 years of Christendom accepted this as well as modesty and only since the radical feminist movement invaded the church has this been questioned. The fact that these podcasters want to redefine what scripture means is a red flag not to take their advice. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 18Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. 19Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

I feel like some people who are not married can steal from their own ability to self release themselves for tension and just so it doesn't build up. If sexual tension is delt with on their own in an appropriate, way then they are less likely to not have sex with someone just because they were overwhelmed.

2 Peter 2:12-22 NLT [12] These false teachers are like unthinking animals, creatures of instinct, born to be caught and destroyed. They scoff at things they do not understand, and like animals, they will be destroyed. [13] Their destruction is their reward for the harm they have done. They love to indulge in evil pleasures in broad daylight. They are a disgrace and a stain among you. They delight in deception even as they eat with you in your fellowship meals. [14] They commit adultery with their eyes, and their desire for sin is never satisfied. They lure unstable people into sin, and they are well trained in greed. They live under God’s curse. [15] They have wandered off the right road and followed the footsteps of Balaam son of Beor, who loved to earn money by doing wrong. [16] But Balaam was stopped from his mad course when his donkey rebuked him with a human voice. [17] These people are as useless as dried-up springs or as mist blown away by the wind. They are doomed to blackest darkness. [18] They brag about themselves with empty, foolish boasting. With an appeal to twisted sexual desires, they lure back into sin those who have barely escaped from a lifestyle of deception. [19] They promise freedom, but they themselves are slaves of sin and corruption. For you are a slave to whatever controls you. [20] And when people escape from the wickedness of the world by knowing our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and then get tangled up and enslaved by sin again, they are worse off than before. [21] It would be better if they had never known the way to righteousness than to know it and then reject the command they were given to live a holy life. [22] They prove the truth of this proverb: “A dog returns to its vomit.” And another says, “A washed pig returns to the mud.” bible.com/bible/116/2pe.2.12-22.NLT

2 Peter 2:1-22 NLT [1] But there were also false prophets in Israel, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will cleverly teach destructive heresies and even deny the Master who bought them. In this way, they will bring sudden destruction on themselves. [2] Many will follow their evil teaching and shameful immorality. And because of these teachers, the way of truth will be slandered. [3] In their greed they will make up clever lies to get hold of your money. But God condemned them long ago, and their destruction will not be delayed. [4] For God did not spare even the angels who sinned. He threw them into hell, in gloomy pits of darkness, where they are being held until the day of judgment. [5] And God did not spare the ancient world-except for Noah and the seven others in his family. Noah warned the world of God’s righteous judgment. So God protected Noah when he destroyed the world of ungodly people with a vast flood. [6] Later, God condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah and turned them into heaps of ashes. He made them an example of what will happen to ungodly people. [7] But God also rescued Lot out of Sodom because he was a righteous man who was sick of the shameful immorality of the wicked people around him. [8] Yes, Lot was a righteous man who was tormented in his soul by the wickedness he saw and heard day after day. [9] So you see, the Lord knows how to rescue godly people from their trials, even while keeping the wicked under punishment until the day of final judgment. [10] He is especially hard on those who follow their own twisted sexual desire, and who despise authority. These people are proud and arrogant, daring even to scoff at supernatural beings without so much as trembling. [11] But the angels, who are far greater in power and strength, do not dare to bring from the Lord a charge of blasphemy against those supernatural beings. [12] These false teachers are like unthinking animals, creatures of instinct, born to be caught and destroyed. They scoff at things they do not understand, and like animals, they will be destroyed. This millennial buzzword of deconstruction is getting so tired. What does this or that “really mean”? Maybe we should redefine it because we live in a pagan culture and biblical standards are unpopular. Maybe we should just change it because we don’t like what it says. God forbid! American Christianity has become so soft and undisciplined to the point that very few pastors speak truth any longer. Anyone who is a young Christian or immature in their faith should not listen to this woman. She is wrestling with what she believes which is fine, but she is in no position to give theological advice. Please seek out a more reputable source such as John Piper or John MacArthur who has studied the word of God for decades. If you’re seeking a female teacher Ally Beth Stuckey is far more orthodox in her Christian beliefs.

Lingerie can be worn regardless of age or marital status but i don't because it is never comfortable regardless of how pretty it might look.

You are EXACTLY right that Jesus' quote that just looking at a woman lustfully is the same as physical fornication with her (Jesus also references hating your brother as equal to murder) is to illustrate that we ARE ALL SINFUL; it is impossible to live a sinless life, and we need salvation by Grace (God's free, unmerited gift of forgiveness because of Jesus' sacrifice) through Faith in Jesus' life, ministry, sacrificial death, resurrection, ascension, and enthronement in heaven. We are "justified" by Jesus' sinless life and willing sacrificial death, and God's resurrection of Jesus as a sign of this. We are committing these "thought sins" of ill will or jealousy or judgment all the time, and thus need God's forgiveness all the time. But in that forgiveness, we have freedom, and joy, and thanksgiving. This is why the "Gospel" means "good news." Jesus is NEVER about shame. The only people Jesus shames are those seeking to shame others: Pharisees, scribes, Sadducees, etc. Purity Culture is evil, and just about men in "authority" (like Pharisees, etc.) seeking to control others. Jesus would not have kind words for such preachers of "purity," and they have done immense damage to understanding Scripture and the true teaching of Jesus for hundreds of years.

"My husband says I am a bad Christian wife if I will not do oral or anal." Is this even for real? LMAO Sorry, but this is why couples need to know if they are sexually compatible BEFORE marriage. The best sex is when BOTH partners LOVE everything they are doing TOGETHER. If a person is into anal and/or oral sex and their partner is not, DO NOT GET MARRIED. Moreover, there are some men and women who are just not that into ANY sex. I am happily single and middle-aged, with 3 or 4 sexual partners in my life. One thing I have learned: bad sex SUCKS, and will ruin a relationship. Good sex is the opposite.

I'm 28 and just entered my first relationship a few months ago, lacking healthy sex ed. This video was immensely helpful freeing me from shame around natural things my body/mind my might do. Thank you for sharing!

The bible was a product of its time and the comically outdated cultural norms of ancient societies. Intelligence and nuance dictates you cannot take the text literally. The bible contradicts itself, advocates for slavery, was written and compiled by flawed men sometimes long after the events depicted, can be translated in a variety of ways. Just listen to this guy, he openly admits that guilt from his oppressive upbringing was the primary deterrent to making his own decisions on sexuality. This couple’s fulfilling relationship is due to the quality of their characters and compatibility, not from their fearful adherence to a purity culture they were born into. They have succeeded in spite of that. I’m not advocating for promiscuity and depravity, both are unequivocally damaging. But if they had a reasonable amount of sexual experience within the confines of a handful of committed relationships they would be better prepared across the board.
