Hey Alex, The grinder setting should be somewhere in the middle. For example, if your grinder is level 1 (finest) to 6 (coarsest), try level 3 for best results.

I have a Zura Z10 and was wondering if you could tell me what the brown icon at the very bottom of the screen on the right-hand side means. I pressed it, and the coffee selection icons glowed or pulsated for a few seconds with lines underneath them. Then, the icons stopped glowing, and it went back to normal. I just can't figure it out.

You will make a latte in a two step process. First access the milk, next make a shot of espresso. There is no designated latte button. Thanks.

Hey there, this is likely due to one of the following: a) the espresso grind is too fine, try adjusting the grinder b) ensure the tamper is pressing all the way down to tamp the coffee Once you achieve the right grind setting the gauge should be in the optimal zone.

Yes, the milk pipe generally will reach into the litre of milk carton. Or, you can also use a mug or any vessel you have at home. Jura does sell a small glass milk container that some people opt to add on as an additional purchase to pair with their machine.

Thanks for the question. Please try to adjust the air valve at the top of the canister. This may allow it to start flowing through, then you can close the valve.

Hi, It goes from 1 (finest) to 6 (coarsest). Someone in the middle is generally the sweet spot. Try level 3.

I’m curious about three things having purchased this machine. In the manual it says ‘do not wash with water ever, let dry and scrape gently the dough from the machine’… but I notice you say to wash with hot soapy water? What is the fast speed for? So you know if you can buy additional dies for other shapes?

I’ve heard that after about 20 coffees it is ‘calibrated’ and also heard that changing the grind can help? I’ve just bought one so if I remember I’ll get back to you! Hoping for good things!

Yes! We have a demo video here - kzbin.info/www/bejne/eYu8i3ppa6-cmbM What are are sharing can be improved by adjusting the grinder setting to level 4 or 5. Max out your strength setting as well and use non oily coffee beans. Adjust the grinder and then make about 5 to 10 espressos before you see the improvements.

My mom got me a Keurig a few years ago. My first machine. I love coffee now. I had a brain injury in 03. Lost my smell and all but about 8% of my vision. I may have a small amount of smell. So, I like trying different coffee to see how strong I can make it. I looked and found this machine. I kept saying I would save for it. But, I have the money to just buy the thing. So this or next month, it shall be mine. Oh yes, it is mine of which it shall be.

Hey there, thanks for the comments. This is not common feedback we get. Every automatic machine will require you to fill the water tank and bean hopper. The waste or spent puck door will need to be emptied. The machine will also signal when the above listed needs to be completed. If the pucks are watery or not holding together, please try to use a non oily coffee bean for best results. Thanks and have a great afternoon.

Hi, fantastic review. We got ours a week ago and still learning to use it as it should. One thing I can’t find anywhere on the internet, so I hope you can help me. How long does it take for the machine to get ready to brew from the cold when first switched on? Mine takes over 10 minutes and I am not sure it supposed to take this long. Thanks!
