I just ordered the fabio 1,5hp motor and 32 size grinding attachment, can't wait them to arrive. I have an actual shit ton of moose and deer meat to grind, bc my cheap grinder cracked... so i hope italians don't let me down with my task😂 thank you for good video! And best regards from Finland!

Do I need to semi-freeze meat before running through machine. That's what I have to do when using Kitchenaid attachment. I have Kitchenaid commercial stand mixer but the meat grinder attachment takes long time to process when finer mesh is used. I want to use Fabio machine for home use but cannot make up my mind on whether to get 1HP or 0.5HP.

Sad that theres no more USA made meat grinders, Weston, MEAT, Cabela, LEM all are manufactured in CHINA. Forced to order Italian, since USA doesn't have any, except Hobart which is 4-6k for businesses only

Warrany is only 2 years, and it says residential? What does that mean? many of the USA companies that moved to china offer 5 year warranty...so makes me think if choosing chinese might be a better option.
