Hi there, For best results you want to be in the middle of the grinder options. For example, if level 1 is the finest and 8 is the coarsest, for best results you should be at setting level 4. Too fine will yield a thick dark and bitter result, and too coarse will yield a watery end result. Many thanks.

Hi Angie, I am commenting here (your latest video) although I just watched the DeLonghi Magnifica Evo. You are an excellent and attractive presenter. In future, please consider using a lavaliere microphone to remove the echo and take full advantage of your excellent presentation skills and voice tone. The quality of the audio in videos up to date is not up to par. When using the new microphone, take care with placement to avoid the possibility of the mic rubbing on clothing. To reiterate, it is very important for you to remove the amateur-quality audio with the echo (kitchen acoustics); the mic should only pick up your voice.
