I really don't understand the amount of hate twisted metal 3 gets. It has one of the best soundtracks of any twisted metal game, and while the game itself was a departure lore-wise and tone-wise, that's to be expected when you thrust an IP onto a brand new team that hasn't touched it before. If anything, I felt like 989 did an impressive job of creating fun and interesting levels and filling in until we could get Black. Twisted metal 4 was less great, but I specifically see people really harp on 3 and I just don't get it.

Thumper was my fave in 1 and 2, but starting with 2 they gave him a shit ending that didnt even make sense or line up with his character, then it just got worse and worse after that. Dont even get me started on "Angel". Thumper had some pretty interesting concept art for TM Black, but sadly didnt make it in. He never did get to rebound after his OP days in 1 and 2 :( Mortimer in head-on probably has the best, happiest ending of all characters lol

326! I binge-watched a bunch of twisted metal videos and somehow ended up on your channel, where I spend the last 3 or so hours including this video. Gotta say I love your stuff! Xour stuff is ery nicely produced (I love the little graphs and overviews you put in when explaining stuff (that must take quite some time to make lol)), has a good overall structure and a great sense of humor. 326: I think it needs to be explored who (or whom) at SingleTrac had some sort of traumatic experience that led to so many endings in Twisted Metal and this to be "bad" endings. How devoid of happiness do you have to be?

I like twisted metal my first time playing it I was at my homeboy’s house when was a sophomore in high school. He had all of the Twisted Metal titles for his PS1 collection. And I played them and know I have all the Twisted Metal games in my PS collection.
