Sweetie. Try not to drain the hamburger grease into the drain. Put a bowl under the strainer if you don't want your sink to get clogged.

I grew up eating herring, and love it. But if you didn't, it may be an acquired taste. Try them with crackers and a little hot sauce or mustard. Very healthy, and once you get used to them, very tasty. Great review. Thanks.
