Ingredients:
1 small package of beef stew meat
1 package of homemade pasta sauce
1/2 box of thin spaghetti
Salt (for boiling water)
Grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
Dried parsley (to taste)
Equipment:
2 pots
1 medium skillet
1 large bowl
Instructions:
1. Open the package of beef stew meat and place the meat in the skillet over medium heat.
2. In one of the pots, warm your homemade pasta sauce on low heat.
3. In the second pot, fill it with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil.
4. While the sauce is warming, stir the stew meat occasionally until browned.
5. Once the water is boiling, add about half a box of thin spaghetti. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
6. Before the spaghetti is done cooking, add a little pasta water to the sauce to help achieve the desired consistency.
7. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and transfer it to a large bowl.
8. Pour the sauce with beef stew meat over the pasta in the bowl.
9. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and dried parsley, then mix everything.
