Im not so sure about the steam coming from the exhaust. It could be the length of pipe restricting the gas flow and so not burning the fuel compleatly.

You can use used car oil and add 10% diesel or kerosene, then add 130% water, but the water must be ionized, then put the entire amount in a blender until the color of the milk becomes white. Of course, it is preferable to filter the used car oil before using it, and the best thing is to use the centrifugal process with a strong magnet. You will have a very clean combustion and it will burn 100/💯 without clogging the device from the inside with carbon, and the exhaust will also be clean and the amount of fuel will double by adding ionized water. I use 300 grams of Senap Mild to bind the ionized water with diesel, used oil, or kerosene.🎉🎉🎉🎉😂

I think , but I'm a nobody 😂 the exhaust and intake need to be the same length to balance the combustion, while I agree in large your exhaust looks like steam there is a part that's white more dense looking so you may find the burn isn't correct, not saying it won't or doesn't work just may coke up quicker?

Hi excellent vid. I've just ordered a heater and the transformer and relay as I want to build the same set us as u have in the vid. Could u please reply to my comment with a pic of the wiring ....relay , transformer and battery or a pic of a diagram of the wiring ? Can I also ask can I leave a trickle charger on the battery while the heater is running and what size of battery is best ? Many many thx in advance.

hello my friend thx. the relay will come with a good wiring diagram. they are really easy to do. soz i cant send a pic at present. you can leave a trickle charger on, but dont use a intelligent smart charger. i used a battery from a peugeot 207 1.6 , i think 60 oms. but smallish. leisure battries are better but expensive good luck andy

Use two or more 2m long exhaust pipes and create a three flow pipe (two bends & three straights) inside that larger ducting. That will give much more surface area to extract the heat.
@Dave5843-d9m6 күн бұрын
The coffee can should be below the radiator. That will thermal syphon the water flow - easier for the pump.

This is a great solution.. I was running tit on a 12v power supply when we had a power outage and it started smoking within seconds.. luckily the power came back on seconds latter, but now I'm worried about a fire should the power go out longer. I was just going to put a maintenance charger on a 12v battery, and just run it on the 12v battery, but it explicitly says not to do that. This seems like a good way to make the system far safer.

I think that if you installed an insulation barrier under the sand and then stacked up a bunch of pipes say 1” in diameter and installed a fan with ducting to the pipes, you could then blow that heat into your room. I’d put a layer of sand between the rows of pipe to make it more effective.

You really should put another hole in the wall and recirculate the air in and of your house. I did talk to you about it last year it will be more efficient and safer if the hot air loop is completely separated from the combustion side with how you have it now all it would need is the wind to be in the right direction and all the flumes are coming in your house

Pro tip - for 3/4" pipe in the US, instead of taking the flex pipe and coupling it to the copper pipe, add a copper coupler to the pipe and put the flex pipe over the coupler and clamp it down. It creates a much tighter fit and in conjuction with exhaust sealent, should make a leak-proof fit with the clamp. I used two clamps, one on the coupler copper side and one of the flex tube end that connects to the copper coupler.

@rhiantaylor344613 күн бұрын
Every litre of diesel burnt will create a litre of water (as steam) plus a smaller amount of waste products such as tar. By cooling the exhaust the steam will convert back into water while it is still inside the pipe extension you fitted so it might be a good idea to run your heat capture device on a slight downhill gradient.

e5 is an overheating issue, cannot be a kerosene problem the caloric value of diesel and Kerosene are very similar.
@MrDkgio14 күн бұрын
@@jaybillyjosh e8 code is lack of fuel, happens on first time ignition due to incorrect priming. If the unit tends to run for a while the e5 it’s usually poor venting on the fuel tank. Other possible issues are a kink in the fuel pipe restricting flow, running out of fuel. No of these are specific to using kerosene as the fuel.
@MrDkgio14 күн бұрын
@@jaybillyjosh on e5 issues, usually caused by restricted air flow over the heat exchanger, this could be caused by; 1. Blocked or restricted air intake on rear of the heater 2. Fan fault not spinning fast enough (some people have lowered the rotation speed in settings) or the fan is faulty 3. Overly restricted warm air vent. But none are related to using kerosene as the fuel.
