Amazing to think this horse once had three fractures in three different legs at the same time, survived that but later lost his vision. Such a magnificent, resilient, talented and determined horse. A fantastic duo these two are.

Which breed is this horse?
@elkedecosteredc4 жыл бұрын
If I am not mistaken this is a Frederiksborger - which is the eldest breed of horses in existence originating from Denmark. Sadly this particular horse passed away at the age of 20 due to a severe illness.

Please note that Neil Cross did not write the music for this video. I did. Neil was given permission to distribute some of my tracks a number of years ago, but wrongly chose to assign himself as the composer. The original track can be found in my library at www.audiosparx.com/petergodfrey

Thank you for letting us know, I hope this mistake will be corrected in the further distribution via Audioblocks. I will add this information in the description of the video.

Can you please tell me how to wringt the words? If it is possible in the original form (arabic) I would be happy, but just a correct phoenetical make me very happy! Thanks in advance.

al la khineeta & al la breeda ?
@JulianTheRanger4 жыл бұрын
@JulianTheRanger4 жыл бұрын
@snuitable4 жыл бұрын

The horse understands the hand. If he doesn’t it’s because the hand in taking nonsense. He’s selling snake oil and putting his views very the written word of the old masters. This in hand work is more efficacious when ridden. I’m not about to abandon Steinbrecht just yet 😊

Daniel Thomas it’s ignorant to ignore the teachings of someone just because they aren’t perfect and/or use different methods than you. Supple groundwork is the absolute foundations of classical dressage, it’s not trick training lol

There is nothing wrong with trick training. If this isn’t for you, just get lost.

This is a great explanation! The biggest leap forward I made in my riding ability came with riding my instructor's school master for about 6 months - but only after 10 years of learning on green horses and horses in re-training (and one tricky-but-reliable school pony). Any earlier than that, and I'm sure I wouldn't have had the skills (she demands perfection from the rider) or the ability to appreciate and learn from the feeling of correct movements.

Some more practical info would be nice... I have a horse who can go ten miles up and down hills without breaking a sweat but yet says no to everything but being loose in a pasture.

Your Barista I suggest you break up everything into even smaler steps. Does your horse say NO to eating a carrot? Start beeing his friend...
