Down is better when it comes to artistic balance. The way the up ears are so far left disrupts the look since the bunny is sitting still. If there was movement then up ears would work better.

I would pick 2, and maybe 3. I feel like I won’t know if it would turn out better until for 1 is colored. I think seeing it after being colored would help me to choose, I don’t know about you.
