While Russian leadership poses a threat to its neighbor countries, their activities must be watched with immense scrutiny.

I am pleased that the nations and their partners exposed to these types of hybrid infrastructure violations are taking action. Next, all Western nations need to start taking similar actions towards vessels transporting sanctioned goods through their national waters.

Proud to be Finnish this day. Russia has been at war with us for a decade at least. The battleground might be Ukraine for now, but the target is us, the collective West. They have spoken of it clearly, but too many have not listened. And I understand, war is bad, war is wrong, so you might be tempted deafen yourself to our message here. But we need not be prepared to attack, we need to prepare to do self-defence.

💡Germany did participate in the Summit of Baltic Sea Allies, as you can see here: www.nato.int/cps/en/natohq/news_232122.htm The joint press conference however, featured only the co-hosts of the Summit.

Thank you sir! And thank you Nato! It is a very good thing that the West supports Ukraine. We have supported Ukraine so that it has not lost the war. But we have to do more. And we can do more. I wait that Nato will increase it's military spending to 2,5-3% on GDP. And I hope that increased military budgets will be spent efficiently. Europe has to take care of it's own defence. If China attacks to Taiwan and / or there will be a major escalation between Israel and Iran, USA will look at Pacific and / or Middle East. We cannot outsource our European security to United States.
