That's what we all want to hear about but it's not his position to comment on internal political affairs of member nations.

The elections in Romania have not finished yet. There still has to be a second round and therefore it is unwise to say anything about it yet. As for Bosnia and Herzegovina, the proces is being held up by the Republika Srpska part of the country, which is most likely an ally of Russia.
