Rubbing another person, could have many different connotations, but under the feeling sick scenario, a light rub/massage can relax tense muscles as well as have a calming effect on the receiver of the rubs. Or, if one is sick and states “I am not feeling very well, don’t touch me”, that makes a belly rub, contraindicated.

First time watching you, so don't know where you are based, but over here, lard is much cheaper than butter, I switch between the two. Supermarkets are expensive and they cut most of fat off. I've found it cheaper to order meat online, and minced beef is always a good option if on a tight budget. I'm pretty poor financially in todays climate but still manage to eat lamb or beef most days and lots of eggs. Some of the cheaper cuts of beef are always good for stews and absolutely delicious cooked in lamb bone broth. The longer I do carnivore, the more ways I find to cut costs while eating the most nutrient dense food. Stick with it. :) Your bubble in side sounds like my symptoms when had IBS (No longer since I went carnivore) I can't do cheddar cheese because it brings back my sugar cravings but I can do a little bit of blue cheese on top of steak or burgers.
@TheCornucopiaProject-bd5jk3 ай бұрын
Cheese is a trigger food for me as well, and I love cheese. Cheapest meat around here, nyc area, is chicken legs at $1.19, thighs at $1.59 and drumsticks at $1.89 pork chops can be had at $2.99 in some places. It varies.
@CarnivorousCockney3 ай бұрын
@@TheCornucopiaProject-bd5jk Yes, here in UK , chicken and pork are the cheapest options but I find they just do not satisfy my appetite and I end up eating more. As I say though, I've gradually shopped around online and I now buy beef and lamb in bulk and saves me loads compared to the supermarket stuff that I started my journey on and the meat is better quality. I've always been a skinny bean, so I can eat a more than a lot of people, I can eat up to 2kg of meat in one day (A whole leg of lamb the other day, haha) But, before I started, my breakfast daily was two boxes of cakes and two big bags of fizzy haribos and they were gone before I even got home from shops. (Bad sugar addict.) Then I'd take doughnuts ice creams and cakes into work, plus all the individual items for one meal would end up costing a fortune. I was usually broke 2 weeks after payday so in reality, I'm saving loads compared to my previous lifestyle. And now, finally, after 13 months, I have finally found the desire to quit the last of my unhealthy habits. Have pretty much weaned myself off of tea, down to couple of cups a day, and today, I shocked myself when woke up and finally for first time since starting 35 years ago, have decided to give up smoking and am excited about doing so. (The taxes on tobacco here are ridiculous and can be over £30 a pack, and that is with rolling my own) The savings all start adding up, which leaves a bigger budget for better health. My suggestion to you would be, mix up your meats, one for variety, and two for saving money. Maybe some minced beef for home made burgers etc, with the pork and chicken. Beef fat trimmings, some liver if can eat that,, and natural pork rinds are all good extras for nutrients and bulking out what you eat cheaply. Good luck with it this time. :)
