My weight loss is slow. I’m in month 5. My mom asked if I’d lost some weight so it must be showing ! My dry eye syndrome has almost healed I plan to stay carnivore for life because of my eyes. I thought I was going to go blind. The pain apon awakening was excruciating. My retinas felt like they were being ripped when I opened my eyes. Thank God for carnivore and all the best to you❤

That’s a wonderful improvement. Slower weight loss is a small price to pay for that. Keep it up.

I’ll be 2 years come August 1, I hardly ever use a scale, your best bet is using a tailors measuring tape.

I have notice also that ,I am.gaining weight when I consumed pork. So I switched back to beef and now it's going down again. Keep on going ,you can do it))

It’s possible. Pork overall might be a meat to stay away from for awhile.

Try Dr Berry’s triple B&E. Beef Butter bacon and eggs along with fatty seafood. Follow him and Dr Anthony Chaffee. The kings of carnivore. I’m down 130lbs. Starting weight was 285. With eating beef you will naturally fall into IF( intermittent fasting). Make sure everything you eat comes from animals. I use the scale maybe once a month, what I do use is a tailors measuring tape.

I use eggs often as snacks. Never actually cooked with tallow. It’s not that widely available in my area.

Go OMAD my friend! I started on the 19th of January.. and have lost 8.8Lbs. Eating whatever is the meal.. but no sugars! Let's get healthy!

Absolutely I have, it has been amazing. My wife was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, that was our wake up call. Happy to report she does not have diabetes any more :) @@TheCornucopiaProject-bd5jk

Hello! I am 50 yrs old and I've been carnivore on and off for the past 10 years; I've also been a type 2 diabetic for the same amount of time. I am currently 348 lbs, I started the carnivore diet again a couple of weeks ago and I plan on dropping 3 lbs/ week until I get to 300, then 2 lbs/ week. The longest I've been carnivore was 8 months in 2021, before I got COVID. I haven't lost weight on carnivore because I probably ate more calories than I consumed; I eat a variety of animal products, including cheese and cream. My glucose levels drop to normal in a couple of weeks of carnivore every time I do it. After the 8 months carnivore I binged on carbs for more than a couple of months until the glucose meter started to rise again. This time I want to loose weight too; I don't like to limit myself when I eat so I will just fast at the beginning of the week until I am at the desired weight... at least that's the plan :) I used to work nights for almost 3 years, February of 2018 to September of 2021, it was VERY HARD! I was sleep deprived, I couldn't sleep during the day, not even under optimal conditions (no noise, completely dark room). You also mentioned depression/anxiety due to financial stress; I have that problem also, but I find it easier to handle it when I am carnivore.

You are so right. In the end, you have to figure out the combo that works best for you. Our similarities are shocking. We are not alone. I wish you all the best. It can be done. 👍

Thank you! Last Monday I weighed 345; today I was hoping for 342. However, a week of pork (country ribs, 4.5 lbs of pork belly, a pork shank and craklings) and lots of heavy cream got me to 347. Today I am planning on just water and coffee with sea salt. I will let you know what tomorrow brings if I can make it through the day.

@@ninetteduval4449 wow, that sure is disappointing. If you watched my January video, I concluded that a combo of late night eating, over eating (because of that late night eating), and dairy (slicing mozzarella cheese) were my main culprits. Mozzarella has 1 g of sugar per ounce. If your metabolism is similar to mine,then the cream could be your problem. Now for February I’m trying to stay away from cheese. Even though cheddar appears to have no sugars at all. Keep experimenting. Just don’t starve yourself, that all too often backfires.

@@myvanlife1 I had multiple part videos earlier in my van build series. They didn’t do well. Maybe I just need to get over myself and focus on what keeps others engaged. Agressive cutting can do that. But you have seen the long video. I’m sure there were parts that bored you.

I’d stopped eating butter! Use it for cooking but stop eating it. Hence the gaining

There are two philosophies on higher fat or higher protein. I would break it down into two segments To start, go high fat to get adapted, then transition to lower fat. Yet some people thrive on high fat. So experimentation is needed for individuals. In February I transitioned to ground beef from pork and greatly reduced fat. 2 more weeks and we will see what the results are with those changes. Thank you for watching.

I have a slow metabolism. I look at food and gain weight. But doing carnivore is different.it makes it easier. Try it “hardcore” for 2 months and you will be amazed.

If you go with the beef, you may not need the butter. I was thinking you may need an extra pound of meat.

Start walking for thirty minutes, then increase gradually to an hour as you can.

I eat at 4pm and go to bed at 5am. I really can’t eat earlier than that. Getting up at about 2pm
