When it breaks, what's the warranty? Maintenance? Customer service? Too many questions, too new, too expensive.

They are certainly not cheap. They start at $3k. They have a 1 year warranty from what I hear. Customer service seems good. They have trouble answering emails. But they do pick up the phone. Thing seems to be built like a tank. I was debating a Benelli M4 vs the Genesis. And the Genesis seems much more robust. The company is less than 5 miles from my house. So fortunately for me, I can get work done easily if needed.

Works great with a brace. Can confirm. Mine is running a G34 barrel with porting past the slide. Very smooth firing multiple rounds or mag dumps that way. They're coming out with a 40SW version for a G22. I'm not as excited about 40SW but I will be running a 357 SIG barrel in binary mode.

Well. I ordered mine. Of course always takes PSA forever to ship. i rec. around 10/7 and instantly detected bolt not locking up correctly. Bolt sticking out an inch into the ejection port. They sent me a replacement buffer spring as PSA said they thought it was too long but the replacement was the same spring. Now I have to send the rifle back. I have 2 other PSA rifles which have so far been great. Guess quality control was out to lunch when this one went through. I am sure PSA will make it right but just a bummer.

The SMC Alpha is ok, it’s tricky to get the FCU in there and the charging handle sucks, mines snapped after two mag dumps and left my gun out of battery, now yall now if you have one of these there’s no quick fix if your in the range, this is by no means a good PDw. I wonder if this is the reason they made the bravo in polymer and haven’t restocked the alpha? Took it apart and went back to my M18 original set up.

Definitely going to need the warranty on this scope..... i got one. During sight in the parallax adjustment would just free spin then catch enough to adjust then free spoon again. It would lose adjustment after every shot. 6.5prc with a brake on it... also left to right tracking was all over and sometimes wouldn't adjust. This was a new scope and used a wheeler tourqe wrench to mount to proper specs. Also the cross hair/reticle is extremely thick and makes zeroing the rifle difficult to get a fine aiming point. I Do Not recommend this scope at all.

Always such a disappointment when reviewers fail to do adequate accuracy testing. You’re testing a rifle designed to mimic a precision rifle. People buy this hoping to fill the role that the original SASS filled. Then the reviewer uses only 1 ammo (and a sub-par one at that) to test the accuracy.
